Categories

Cleanliness
8.8
Frequently praised for daily cleaning and overall room cleanliness, though a few guests reported finding trash in bins and one report of cleaning only every three days, so generally very good with occasional lapses.
Service
9.6
Consistently noted as a strong point: friendly, attentive and helpful staff, good check-in/out flexibility and luggage handling; many guests specifically praised reception and housekeeping personnel.
Location
9.4
Repeatedly highlighted as excellent and convenient (near airport and mall, easy access); location is a clear strength mentioned across many reviews.
Room Quality
9.4
Rooms described as comfortable, spacious and well presented by many guests; a few notes about minor wear (old installations, a broken blind) but overall very positive.
Amenities
8
Mixed feedback: some missing or non-working items reported (no fridge in room, several workout machines broken), weak internet for some, and occasional closure of on-site facilities; acceptable but inconsistent.
Value for Money
7.6
Multiple guests felt the hotel is somewhat expensive for its category and mentioned high prices; value is a weaker area relative to other strengths.
Food and Beverage
7
Several complaints about the restaurant: understaffed, slow service, sometimes closed or limited options; food service is a recurrent negative.
Overall Experience
9.8
Overall sentiment is very positive with many repeat guests and strong recommendations (e.g., 'volvería 100 veces'); despite some shortcomings, guests report a very good overall stay.
