Stayed in a club room. Room came with an upgraded coffee machine and some other things, but they weren’t that special nor noticeable. The sweet treat they market in the upgrade turned out to be a single club chocolate bar that you could buy in multipack in any supermarket! The room itself was pleasant enough, recently renovated. The rooms overlook the carpark though and can be seen directly into! This is the case during the day, but especially at night. So, if you wanted privacy you had to close the blind entirely, as there’s no foil/net curtains. Good gym and pool facilities, although to access you have to walk through the main reception/restaurant/Starbucks. We ate in the restaurant. This was a little disappointing. Tables dirty and sticky. Starters and mains bought out as one. Several items on the menu unavailable.

Great place to stay for work trips. Having the pub connected to the hotel was really convenient for food and drinks. The food and service were excellent, and Gabbie was especially helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. Highly recommended.

Come to check in and the staff were really friends and chatty especially Tyler, made me feel welcome and explained everything. Told me about breakfast and the gym and no question was too big or a problem.

Lady on reception was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Great facilities at the hotel, was a good place for a stopover on our road trip.
Only complaint was being woken by a 6.15am gym class. If you are staying at the back of the building you can hear all of the gym classes (even with window shut) so id ask for a room at front instead.
The rooms were spacious & very comfortable. Very busy hotel, good breakfast.
Checking in was a bit chaotic due to the software system being down but the staff finally managed to get our room cards done. Breakfast was expensive.

We held our wedding at this venue and after some slight concerns on parking they pulled it out the bag. We had an amazing 2 days with family and friends celebrating our wedding all the staff including Lucy Meghan were amazing making us and all our guess very welcome.
As a venue it’s so so convenient as with the great British weather not knowing if sun rain you can move the wedding party outside or in one of the very plush rooms

We had our wedding here and it was amazing. The staff who were behind the bar amazing, serving staff amazing, staff that helped to set up and take down amazing. Event organisers megan and lucy amazing. staff couldn't do enough for us they were so friendly. The food was gorgeous and plenty of it. This was a 10 star Wedding Venue. Thank you all so much help our day be one of the best day's of our lives.
