Good value for money. Enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Reception staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, large and spacious. The hotel is just next to Covent Garden Market.

Cons:

There was a concert going on near the hotel and I could hear the noise from my room but thankfully it didn't go late into the night.

Great stay, would recommend but wouldn’t purchase the hotel breakfast.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to everything. Clean amenities and rooms were nice.

Cons:

A little bit over priced I would say. But it gives you everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast was hugely overpriced for the quality.

Pros:

Great location room was lovely and great price. The elevator is working fine booking.com just not been updated

Cons:

Bizarre rule of security deposit needing to be taken before day of stay or else they cancel your booking. I gave a card for the deposit but they couldnt take it due to their issue and still cancelled. The staff were great and rebooked me when i arrived and price matched original cost but still a weird rule.

Very unique and luxurious boutique hotel.
Pros:

It was a very unique experience for me. I've never stayed at a boutique hotel before, but will be on the look out from now on. They put a lot of thought and detail into making certain that their customers stays are relaxing and enjoyable. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Cons:

The place was overall very clean, but the dark tiles of the shower floor must make it difficult to see if it has been cleaned thoroughly enough. I think ours could have used a bit more scrubbing, but the bathroom otherwise was impeccably clean and luxurious.

Lovely space, ina great part of town!
Pros:

Clean, spacious and the price is right. Hotel staff head friendly, kind and helpful.

Cons:

Pillows were a bit overfull, which made me wake up with a bit of a still neck, but otherwise exceptional!

Pros:

Room was very nice, multiple kinds of toiletries provided, multiple kinds of coffee and a couple water bottles are complementary directly in the rooms. Many towels, a couple bathrobes, and even ironing equipment are provided

Cons:

No door in the shower so it gets a little wet on the floor outside - not a big deal since there are multiple large towels available
