Pros:

Everything is always amazing here. The location is great right off the freeway with lots of places to eat or shop nearby. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have lots of options for breakfast. Which includes eggs, bacon, sausage and waffles.

Cons:

The parking area is small.

You get what you pay for
Pros:

Convenient location right off the freeway but very quiet and no outside noise that we heard. Many food and shopping choices nearby made it a great spot for a quick overnight stay as we were passing through town. The staff at check in was exceptional and was a quick and easy process.

Cons:

The beds were really small, seemed more like full size rather than queen beds. The room could use an update with many of the fixtures and flooring cracked and dingy. The breakfast was comically small both with food options and seating space. Would be better off not advertising breakfast included at all. We ended up down the road at IHOP.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I had 2 dogs and there were good places to walk them.

Pros:

The cleanliness

Cons:

The morning front desk lady who didnt want to ask the people above me to have their kids stop running and pounding around the room. They were so loud it woke me from my sleep 2 mornings in a row.
All she said was they have kids like that made it ok. No customer service at all non apologetic she needs to be cleaning the rooms not dealing with guests.

It was only a one-night stay, but it was enjoyable.
Pros:

The staff person when I arrived was very professional and friendly, as well as the staff person who was at the front desk when I left.

Cons:

My TV remote battery died. I left a message through the text system sent to me but no response. I told the front desk person so she could be sure it was replaced before your next guest was assigned to that room. Secondly, please consider more than just the alternative sweetener, Sweet 'n Low, in the room and down at the breakfast area. A variety of Splenda packets, Stevia, and even honey would be great.

When the clerk said the rusted shower/bath tub has been like that for ever nothing we can do!
Pros:

Breakfast was eggs, waffle and sausage the end.
They did have energy bar

Dirty shower, flies, broken ice machine and dirty room
