I wanted to love this place but this itch wont allow me to

The breakfast was awesome! The best thing

Cons:

The pool looked dirty and had very high levels of chlorine the bedding was gritty which has caused me to develop contact dermatitis. We checked in Thursday went to the pool and got in the shower, immediately after I started itching and have been itching for 8 days now which prompted me to go to the doctor. This has been an horrible experience.

Our stay was disappointing and surprising considering it was rated a 9 and the reviews were wonderful.
Pros:

The location was convenient. The staff was somewhat helpful and personable.

Cons:

The rooms were very dark. The elevator was constantly wet due to pool guests. The breakfast was swamped and ran out of food often (even ketchup). The guests above us were extremely loud and disrespectful. I had to ask management to ask the guests to quiet down. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable.

No real complaints and I would stay there again
Pros:

Good location but the property next door looked seedy which was an initial concern. The interior was pretty dark. Sound traced down the halls easily. I was there for a short time and I would stay there again.

Fell short of expectations
Pros:

The lobby and rooms were very modern. At first glance pretty clean place.

Cons:

Stains on the carpet and sheets in our room 410. Seemed like there was only one staff member. Called for extra towels and I had to go to front desk to receive since he no was the only one working. Water pressure wasn’t the best. This so called great breakfast was interesting, wish I would’ve got to try it but staff could not keep up with demand, by the time you got to the food it was out. I guess since we stayed over the weekend it was more packed than usual. For the amount of money it was not worth it.

Pros:

Customer service was really good, the hotel is quiet, breakfast is good and convenient parking.

Cons:

Bathroom floor had hair and even when asked to have it cleaned, they did but hairs were still under the sink and under the toilet.
