Cute hotel but the sleep quality could be improved.
Pros:

Location and room style. It’s a cute hotel, restaurant food at Benjamin was good.

Cons:

Pillow smell (someone else mentioned it, definitely a moldy smell from the down pillows) and street noise. I’m a deep sleeper and kept getting woken up from it. I think the windows need to be sealed better or something, it was bad on the 8th floor.

Camera stupenda e pulita
Pros:

Stanza bellissima e di design. Letto king comodissimo. Bagno bellissimo e spazioso. Posizione dell hotel a soli 3 Min dal campus universitario e comodissima per girare a piedi Montreal. A due minuti dal centro commerciale Eaton. Staff gentilissimo e parcheggio in loco con valet service. Ho apprezzato tantissimo l assenza di moquette. C è un bel parquet di legno chiaro che trasmette immediatamente sensazione di pulito. House keeping veramente attenta a tutto, acqua cambiata, bicchieri puliti e asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno.

Cons:

La doccia non ha il doccino separato ed è molto difficile non bagnarsi i capelli se si volesse evitare. Aria condizionata in camera un po' troppo forte

Bel hôtel

Cons:

Service client déplorable du début à la fin du séjour et même après le séjour puisqu'aucune action n'a été engagée suite à notre séjour malgré le feedback que nous avions donné à l'oral et par leur canal whatsapp.
Dans cet hôtel, on ne gère pas les problèmes du client et les problèmes du client sont la faute du client par défaut.

Hôtel 4 étoiles qui commercialise des chambres avec 2 lits sans lit d'appoint pour 5 personnes (oui, 3 personnes dans un lit queen size ou 1 personne par terre au choix... dans un 4 étoiles)
