Beautiful hotel in Old Montreal.
Pros:

Great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooftop bar. Interesting architecture - a marriage of old and new. Very tastefully done.

Bella la camera , ottima colazione, posizione strategica

Cons:

Le ragazze alla reception poco disponibili. Abbiamo chiesto un late check out per un problema fisico di mia moglie e ci hanno chiesto 90 dollari, dicendo che la nostra tipologia di camera non era disponibile. Abbiamo controllato con una prenotazione sul loro sito e TUTTE le camere erano disponibili. Che dire? Inoltre, non danno il bagnoschiuma. Solo saponette per le mani che in doccia schizzano via, rischiando di farti ammazzare sul piatto doccia. Danno i sali da bagno, ma solo uno appena arrivati. Poi mai più visti.

Not bad not the greatest .
Pros:

great location - very close to many activities like Museum of Fine Arts and Eaton Centre . Also many convenient restaurants close by and a Provigo to buy some snacks for the room . Staff was good when we checked out and had some time before catching our train they kept our bags for us while we went out for brunch .

Cons:

Staff did not educate how to use elevator - that we had to swipe key cards . No one told us that the staircase is locked from the inside - that was stressful . Also , there was dried blood on the bed sheets , and we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door as we went out to get coffee and when we got back there was a maid in our room - rather unsettled after this .

The valet person (Gingo) was exception. Always greeted you with a warm smile and made you feel welcomed.
Breakfast available was acceptable but opened late and much to costly for limited offerings.

Cons:

They could have coffee , tea available in the lobby. Difficult to navigate in this area.

A lot like an old fashioned hotel, both for the good and the bad.
Pros:

Great location (I was visiting McGill), comfortable, very helpful staff, provided individual bars of soap, shampoo, etc.

Cons:

Seemed a bit dated, shortage of plugs, gym was very sparse.

La proximité avec le métro. Le fait que c'est dans centre-ville mais très tranquille.

Cons:

Certaines parties de l'hôtel sont en rénovation (restaurant). L'accès à la douche était quasi impossible, la porte ouvrait sur la toilette et il faut se glisser entre les deux pour y accéder.

Good, but not great, because of the loud air conditioner and fridge.
Pros:

The bed was surprising very comfortable. We loved the big bath tub. location was great.

Cons:

The air conditioner was WAY too loud and made it difficult to sleep. Also the refrigerator in the room was also very loud - annoying humming sound. I had to unplug it. While the bed was so comfortable, the loud air conditioner and refrigerator made it very difficult to sleep. This was a real shame.
