Pros:

Tout! L'accueil, le confort des lits, la petite piscine chauffée, l'emplacement, la propreté de la chambre. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que l'heure de check-in et on nous a tout de même offert tout de suite une chambre puisqu'il y en avait une de prête.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif que j'ai à mentionner est le fait que l'eau ne s'écoulait pas assez vite dans la douche. On se retrouve les pieds sous l'eau presque dès qu'on ouvre l'eau.

Beautiful Stay!
Pros:

We loved the attentive, friendly & professional service throughout the hotel. The room was very clean, stylish and maintained in great condition. Le Labo amenities, clean proper towels and large oval bath tub that fills up very quickly without waiting for a long time. Pet friendly. Location was great right by Eaton Mall and many restaurants.

Cons:

Room was slightly dark but there are other rooms I believe that have more light.
Bed was too firm to our liking but again very clean and beddings were nice.

Pros:

Mooie kamers, vriendelijk personeel en leuk dat er een (klein) verwarmd zwembad bij zit. Gelegen achter de winkelstraat, ongeveer 30 minuten lopen naar het oude centrum.

Pros:

Absolutely everything. A nice bonus was the night light under the bed. And the most comfy bathrobe, I even bought one to bring home. Minibar had premium wines and the right temperature. The Benjamin restaurant was an absolute top as well.

Great value! Will definitely return if the pillows don’t have smells.
Pros:

As someone who has stayed in many hotels in Montreal over the last 5 years, Metcalfe has the perfect location to walk around downtown and get to other places of the city via the metro. The room is very clean, shower water is strong and warm, and bed is comfortable.

Cons:

The pillow fillings smelled weird. Not sure what was in them. If your head lands on the pillows a bit hard, a cloud of that smell will puff out.

Personal und Bedienung waren äusserst freundlich. Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum und in der Nähe von Bahnhof, Metro und Flughafenbus.

Cons:

Man hat die Wasserleitung und der Strassenverkehr im Zimmer sehr gut gehört.
