Unforgettable stay
Pros:

This hotel was the most luxurious we have ever experienced. It’s truly unique hotel, the room with balcony and view of the Gardens simply breathtaking. Softest beds and beddings ever! Best amenities and overall room comfort. No idea how we would be able to stay in different hotels in the future 😂 We would be back because the whole experience is on another level. It’s 11 out of 10 from us

Cons:

At the reception it feels almost like at the airport with so much crowds yet you are seen in less than 3 minutes and you start your experience.

A treat of a lifetime
Pros:

Beautifully presented.. all wishes catered for. Even provided an amazing desert to celebrate my birthday. The infinity pool was amazing.. just what we needed after a 13 hour flight

Cons:

The only down was a large queue for breakfast.. had to wait 30 mins.

Pros:

Wünsche aus den Augen gelesen. Alles gemacht, um Wohlfühlen zu erreichen. Äußerst höflich. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse ist einfach genial. Verschiedene Frühstücksmöglichkeiten. Zimmer zukunftsorientiert, mit viel Automatik. Sehr, sehr sauber.

Cons:

Schwer etwas zu finden. Die Flure war vielleicht etwas zu nüchtern und eintönig, aber das ist reine Geschmacksache.

I loved the rooms and location
Pros:

Rooms were really nice, comfortable, clean and what you would expect of 5*

Cons:

The service was not personal. You didn’t feel cared for. The reception area was very busy and you felt rushed. Staff at reception are not very welcoming and don’t really make you feel special.

プールやショップなど充実していて満足度が高い

Cons:

日本人スタッフになかなか会うことができず、結局最後まで話すことができなかった。スタッフ同士でシフトなど共有化できていればなお良かった。
