Położenie hotelu, cisza w pokoju, wygodne łóżka, duża łazienka, ogólnie estetyka wnętrza, urozmaicone śniadania (w tym gofry, regionalne wędliny), blisko atrakcje i przystanek komunikacji miejskiej. Możliwość parkowania przy ulicy za niższą opłatę niż w hotelu (strefa B).
Można usprawnić pracę personelu sprzątającego w restauracji podczas śniadań.
Nie mam zastrzeżeń Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Łatwo dostać się do komunikacji publicznej oraz na dworzec. W hotelu jest czysto, pokoje dobrze wyposażone. Klimatyzacja dawała radę nawet przy ponad 37C na zewnątrz. Personel bardzo pomocny.

No me gustó, que se de mala información sobre el gimnasio, tiene una sola máquina vieja y las pesas también muy viejas. NO tiene ventanas muy importante la ventilación cuando haces ejercicios. Yo entreno a diario y lo único q se puede utilizar es la caminadora, para mantenimiento. Y lo otro es que NO se informa bien sobre el establecimiento. Se debe decir que se cobra aparte. Que NO está incluida en el precio de la habitación.

Fantastyczny hotel,bardzo czysty,wygodny I usytuowany w dobrej lokalizacji.Pierwszego dnia przywitala nas bardzo profesjonalna Pani z pieknym warkoczem która przydzielila nam pokoje obok siebie a to było bardzo wygodne i przemyslane.Pokoje bardzo czyste ,super wygodne łóżka ,lodowka i inne udogodnienia.Sniadania znakomite,ogromy wybor oraz najlepszy Zur jaki jadlam w zyciu.Pani Sandra która pracuje na restauracji jest przemila i bardzo pomocna.Cudowna osoba❤️W barze można doskonale zrelaksowac się przy dobrym drinku a Pan który tam pracuje polecil nam co warto zwiedzic w Katowicach (niestety nie pamietam imienia)Dziekujemy bardzo za pelen
