Stayed on business for a work week, good option if you have business in Kharadi area. Hotel is clean, has good gym and spa. Food at restaurant was okayish. The roof top bar location is nice.

The location was good

Cons:

The staff was unresponsive with our complaints, there was a block in the washroom and water was accumulating and not free flowing , coz of this water from the bath flowed in the room upon complain they gave us the floor towels and told us to keep. Since we had to stay for a night we managed.

The support staff was so very extremely kind that as I was about to leave, they noticed a flat tyre of my car and promptly changed it .

Otherwise it would have been a disaster.

Pros:

When we entered the property, Dipali was very generous to attend us.
She was very soft spoken & humble.
Stay was very comfortable.
And we like the food very much.
The valet Ravindra Singh very was fast in his service & has ever smiling face.
