Glorious.
Pros:

The location of the hotel, right on the beach, close to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The room was great, but small. Perfect for one person. too small for two.

Overpriced and under delivered
Pros:

The location was great. Them having beach chair for their guest was a great touch.

Cons:

The sheets were dirty. The restroom door had a hole in it. The room was very small, felt like a hostel not a $200 a night hotel.

Very disappointing, when expecting and paying for ocean front, and not able to enjoy the ocean.
Cons:

Windows are sealed shut, so you can see the ocean, but cannot hear it or smell it. Room was somewhat adjacent to swinging patio/bar, with very loud music all afternoon, so even outside you were not allowed peaceful relaxation .

Pros:

Location location location, beachfront access at a nice beach in town (Condado). The restaurant and bar had good quality menus, waiting times, and views. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t great/updated, the shower size was small.

Buena zona de día para un desastre de habitaciones.
Pros:

Acceso a la playa. Tumbonas y toallas.
La zona de bar/ restaurante
Personal del lobby y zona bar amables.

Cons:

La habitación pequeña, el baño minúsculo y sobretodo la humedad persistente. El suelo no secaba y la ropa tampoco. Estuvimos dos noches y no hicieron la cama.
El ascensor se estropeó las 2 tardes.
Renovaciones necesarias de las habitaciones.

Pros:

Stayed at The Tryst Hotel and it was such a great experience 🌴

The property is beautiful and literally right on the beach — we had a beach-view room and waking up to that view every day was amazing. The location is super convenient too: just a short Uber ride to Old San Juan and an easy scooter ride over to La Placita de Santurce, so it was really easy to explore.

The hotel also provides beach chairs and umbrellas, which made beach days effortless and relaxing. Overall, perfect mix of location, views, and convenience. Would definitely stay here again!

The comfort in the bathroom horrible, not furniture for brush, etc. , not hangers for the clothes , only one night stand near the bed . The TV not work and the solution was after 3 days to move to another room

Cons:

the windows wouldn't open, they put us over the bar so all heard was loud music until after 11pm. The room was small, definitley not like the pictures, just a mini fridge that was missing parts, no parking anywhere close by unless you paid money per day.

We had a very bad experience - not worth the money
Pros:

Good location on the beach.

Cons:

Terrible experience - would not recommend. Woke up at 5am to rainwater flooding in through the AC. Went to front desk who said that they could do nothing except give us towels. The water filled a trash can 4 times over and we had to keep emptying it. A handyman eventually came at 1pm. When we reported this issue twice to two separate managers, both were rude and dismissive and neither even said sorry to us for the inconvenience. Having paid so much money I would really have expected much better facilities and service. A terrible way to treat your customers. To top it off we found an old sandwich in the fridge left over from the previous customers in the room.
