We probably will not choose to stay here again.
Pros:

Location is great for Cinci concerts and it’s pretty quiet

Cons:

Shower did not work, no water pressure, no soap, could have used a better clean.

Great location! Bathtubs need an update!

Great Location for the concert.

Cons:

The tub was very dingy. I used a cleaner and it still looked gross. The young Lady checking me in stated I didn’t have a reservation. She didn’t take the time to look for it correctly. The gentleman next to her found it immediately. I have no idea what she looked up and she didn’t seem concerned about finding my reservation.

incredible overpriced for the condition of the hotel

We bought the hotel specifically for the hot tub listed as an amenity, the hot tub was out of order, the pool itself had an odor resembling clothes left in the washer too long, the halls and room smelled dingy like a mix between mold and musk, the air conditioner clanked all night and the "hot breakfast" was incredible limited and what hot food was there was soggy and lukewarm

It is a wonderful, hospitable hotel. We plan on staying there again.
Pros:

Easy access from highway. We attended a concert at River Bend. 10 minutes from the arena. Lovely plantings, plenty of parking.
The hotel was sparking clean. Our room was lovely. Comfortable and plenty of outlets. The tv worked well and the remote had batteries that worked. I forgot my purse in the room. They contacted me when they discovered it. Made arrangements to have it sent to me. The breakfast was fine. Plenty of choices, fresh fruit, juices, and great coffee. We will definitely stay here again.
