Room or Carpet had a bad smell. We asked to be moved and smell was not as bad but it was still smelly. Carpets need to be replaced.

Old rooms, carpet smelled and was stained. Would be a lovely hotel if they will renovate and offer a more modern feeling.
Cleanliness of room
3 lifts for all floors 33 and one broken since Jan and one trapped and broken 15 year old boy ! Very distressing had to move from 9th floor to 4th floor midway stay so could use back door stairs
El personal de recepcion, gente mal educada y sucia, sin el mas minimo interes en atender, mi reservacion era de 3 habitaciones, solo reconocian 2 , aun mostrando mi codigo, recien aceptaron cuando me iba a comunicar con Booking.
En otra oportunidad mi nieto quedo en el cuarto solo, las llaves no funcionaban y solo querian que bajase, tuve que discutir para que subieran ellos y abriesen la habitacion.

Close to time square & everything else.
Person cleaned my room after 130p on 7/16/26 Wednesday room 508 stole my canister & Chanel sunglasses.
Reasonable room price but no ventilation in the bathroom in order for the moist on the walls and ceilings trapped which dripped on us while we were taking a shower or washing our face and the walls were turning as if they have peed and rip it apart and the blankets had holes & stained. no microwave and the elevator is really slow. Best to take the stairs is available.
The staff was friendly and they held our bags before check in so we could explore.
Our room was located next to a linen room, workers were in and out all night and it was very noisy. Would wake to people talking, doors slamming all night long and early in the morning. Laundry cart would be blocking the room door.

The customer service was terrible. The cleaners were rude when we had to get our bags and they didn’t refill the bath soap, hand soap, or towels. Even after requesting a room cleaning, the room was still dirty.
