la habitación estaba con un clima adecuado para estar cómodo, desayuno excelente. Las instalaciones lindas, excelente ubicación, lugar seguro. Lo que más me gusto fue que me colaboraron cuando deje un pasaporte con dinero en la cajilla de seguridad, fueron muy diligentes, nos salvaron el regreso porque enviaron las cosas al aeropuerto con una persona de confianza. Recomendado 100%

O hotel é lindo, e super bem localizado. Deu pra aproveitar o centro todo a pé.

O hotel foi ótimo com a questão sem gluten, já que minha namorada é celiaca. Tanto no café da manhã, marcando o que tinha ou não gluten e também providenciando algumas opções só para ela, como no restaurante do hotel, que possuía duas opções sem gluten.

Pros:

las habitaciones son amplias y comodas. Excelenete calefación. El desayuno es increible y el horario de atención se ajusta perfecto a los horarios de las excursiones en la región.

Perfecta ubicación a una cuadra del centro donde se encuentran varias opciones gastronómicas.

The hotel left a very positive impression. Everything was great — the property is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.

The location is excellent, right in the tourist center, with everything nearby. Shops are within walking distance, and it’s also easy to reach the lagoon on foot. Taxi service is very quick and convenient, which is a big plus.

The breakfasts were delicious, and the presentation of the dishes was very nice.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and only positive impressions. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great value, location and clean modern rooms.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance from everything in town. Clean, modern rooms and very warm. Excellent service from the front desk - Abigail, in particular, who was very helpful and very responsive on WhatsApp in helping us book restaurants and call taxis, we truly appreciate her help and warmth of service. Only downside was the very small bathroom and bathtub/ shower space.
