Pros:

Atendimento muito cordial e todos os funcionários com boa vontade. Hotel lindo, aconchegante e com quarto e banheiro amplo. Aquecedor ótimo. Localização incrível, possível sair pra jantar a pé tranquilamente e passear pelo centrinho. Café da manhã muito gostoso também, um simples muito bem feito!

Excelente localização, hotem com boa estrutura no geral e quarto confortável, com bom sistema de aquecimento. Jacozzi e sauna são ótimos também para relaxar chegando dos passeios. Funcionários super atenciosos! Conseguimos fazer o check-in de forma antecipada.

O hotel é ótimo mas aqui vão alguns detalhes que precisam melhorar!

- Café da manhã não possui muitas variedades, sendo o mesmo cardápio todos os dias.
- Banheiro por ser estilo americano (box de banheira com cortina) causava alguns vazavamentos de agua no chão do banheiro.
- Frigobar não estava funcionando também, tiveram que fazer a troca mas o outro não estava muito bom também.

Quarto com cheiro de suvaco fedido. Havia vazamento de agua por baixo do vaso sanitário (pouca coisa), mas precisa passar um vedador, porque molha o banheiro qye é pequeno. Cafe da manha sem muita variedade

The spa doesn’t have masseuses at the location. They have to be contacted to come in. Impractical. The decor in the rooms could be spruced!
