Pros:

Check in (Leilani) was truly exceptional. Great smile, personality, professionalism. Contacted mgmt as I was leaving to express how exceptional she really was.

Cons:

Bedding is too soft. Hard for a senior citizen to exit. Wish there were FIRM mattresses.

Amazing stay, so impressed
Pros:

From the second you drive into the facility, you recognize all the care and attention that goes into this property. The staff was amazing, they were very knowledgeable and were ready to assist with whatever questions we had. We are a large family with teenagers and to have so many amenities to accommodate us all and keep us busy was truly amazing! There were great pools, pool tables, basketball/pickleball courts and daily activities.

Cons:

We are a large family of 8 and we travel often. To find a place where everyone is happy is rare and this one met the mark! We literally had zero complaints!

Best resort stay
Pros:

Everything was great we have been going to this resort since 2016, we also rented a cabana at a great price. I think charging $30 a day for parking is the only thing I didn’t like.

Vegas Parking fees have now made it to Palm Desert.
