Fine but not hot
No lift or air con
Fantastic room. Excellent size, clean and comfortable. Large shower cubicle and large bath were amazing
The location the view from the room and the size of the room.
The hotel was well sited, clean and we thought we finally found a hotel that was perfect for our frequent visits to Large.
We arrived around 9pm and were impressed by the overall look and feel of hotel. The bar staff seemed more interested in closing asap and last orders were called at 9:30.
The room although very clean and nice had a very strong artificial perfume smell so we opened the window. Through the night the seemed to be people right below our window banging in and out of doors, talking and coughing.
At 3:30/4 AM the staff (?) decided it would be a good idea to pack up what seemed to be tent poles and equipment. Then the what sounded like tail lifts/ramps going up and down.
After that a generator/engine was running for almost an hour.
Finally when we thought we could get some sleep the AC/extract fan directly outside started up and was extremely loud and vibrating. I wish I could add the video.
When we informed the receptionist, we received the “oh I’ll pass that on” attitude.
Never again.

No lift !!. Didn't know about this and booked a sea view on 2nd floor . My husband has emphasema and struggled getting upstairs.

Very small bedroom.It was very warm in the room, no air conditioning, and the bed was like a small double.Hardly any sleep, in case I fell out of bed.Also, the seagulls squaking all night.
