Les repas du restaurant sont très correct, mais le service effectué par certaines personnes n’est pas top, notamment en ce qui concerne le personnel masculin !…
Il faudrait qu’il y ait au moins 1 bouteille d’eau par personne dans le réfrigérateur de la chambre, pour l’arrivée des clients, même si il y a la possibilité de remplir une gourde à la fontaine de la réception !…
Je ne pense pas que cette petite attention à la clientèle soit ruineuse pour la société hôtelière !…
Lage, Zimmer gut. Hat alles, was man braucht. Hat immer gratis PP vorhanden.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet! Wir erhalten sogar Bustickets nach Quebec City gratis.

The room we had on the second floor with a private balcony was directly over the front entrance of the hotel. 1) not much of a view and 2) accros the street from construction (very noisy) that lasted till at least 1am

Dog friendly! All staffs were super helpful and kind.
It’s close to the old town, but you’ll still need to drive a bit. The room is a bit cramped.
