Pros:

I liked that it was close to where I needed to be.

Cons:

It is hard to move past an oily feeling split system remote and the bed and pillows didn't really feel like I was on it as you sunk that far down you felt the frames etc

The bed was comfortable, the staff were very friendly and it was quiet.

Location was great

Cons:

Sticky bench, no plug for sink, dirty fridge 2 lights not working, tatty couch, bedside lamps very sad looking, blanket dirty

The proximity to the Footscray Hospital. The apartment was terrific.

Cons:

Upending the toaster to clean it out to use, it was FULL of burnt bits & pieces.

Very comfortable bed, friendly staff and reasonable price
Pros:

Great location. Very easy to get around. Room was ready early and I was allowed to check in ahead of time. Reception staff super friendly and accommodating throughout my stay

Good location but could use some updating
Pros:

Location to event at Flemington

Cons:

Bricks in driveway very loose, causing tripping hazard, lucky no major injury.
People in other rooms really loud.
People smoking outside rooms causing smoke smell to enter rooms.

Stay was great overall fantastic. Never got my $200 dollar deposit back which was not good enough when the room was left
Pros:

Deluxe room was great size for a medium family. Fresh towels every day.

Cons:

The rooms Diddnt have designated parking for the rooms. However there was a lot of parking space and it wasn’t an issue.
