Very comfortable bed, friendly staff and reasonable price
Pros:

Great location. Very easy to get around. Room was ready early and I was allowed to check in ahead of time. Reception staff super friendly and accommodating throughout my stay

Pros:

Location to event at Flemington

Cons:

Bricks in driveway very loose, causing tripping hazard, lucky no major injury.
People in other rooms really loud.
People smoking outside rooms causing smoke smell to enter rooms.

Stay was great overall fantastic. Never got my $200 dollar deposit back which was not good enough when the room was left
Pros:

Deluxe room was great size for a medium family. Fresh towels every day.

Cons:

The rooms Diddnt have designated parking for the rooms. However there was a lot of parking space and it wasn’t an issue.

Very bad decision to go for such accusation.
Pros:

Nothing to like .

Cons:

Everything as to stay in accomodation. Dirty smell, no cutleries and no arrangements to warm the food etc.
