Ładne otoczenie, ładny basen na zewnątrz, czysto, niezłe śniadanie
Omijajcie to miejsce z dala. W weekendy organizują wesela - nie mówiąc nic gościom hotelowym wyrzucają ich z głównej atrakcji czyli odkrytego basenu i okolic, przeznaczając ją dla gości lepszych czyli weselnych. Do 4 nad ranem nie można spać, bo pijana ekipa z wesela drze się w niebogłosy. Pokój dwójka (nr 12) to de facto jedynka z wciśniętym na siłę łóżkiem o powierzchni kilku m2. W restauracji też wesoło - np. zamawiałem krewetki tygrysie - otóż u nich krewetki tygrysie (3 szt.) za ca 60zł mają jakieś 3-4 cm. Takie malutkie tygryski. Na koniec, gdy starałem się z nimi porozmawiać o tych problemach, to ani razu sorry, jakaś kontrpropozycja, nic. Omijajcie, są dziesiątki fajnych spa na Mazowszu, szkoda tracić czas.

Osobiście dla mnie zbyt dużo małych dzieci, co powodowało zbyt duży hałas podczas posiłków
Polecam to miejsce na rodzinne spotkania. Każdy znajdzie tutaj swoją formę relaksu.

Super lokalizacja pośrodku lasu, cisza i spokój. Bardzo smaczne posiłki, duży wybór na śniadanie i lunch. Przemiły i pomocny personel.Na pewno wrócimy!

- Zbyt miękkie łóżka (Odwiedziłam hotel w ciąży i trudno było mi spać, czy nawet odpoczywać na tych materach).

Maly prysznic, niezbyt dokładnie wyczyszczony z pleśni
Miejsce w spokojnym otoczeniu lasu, dużo możliwych aktywności (basen wewnątrz i na zewnątrz, sale zabaw, siłownia zewnętrzna i wewnętrzna, sporo przestrzeni na spacery). Smaczne i różnorodne śniadania, dania restauracyjne również bardzo dobre. Dodatkowo możliwość skorzystania z hotelowego spa na bardzo dobrym poziomie.

The food was enjoyable and the walk around the property was pleasant.
We enjoyed the sauna.
We were not told upfront about the very big extra cost eating from the dinner buffet would be. The employee that checked us in made it sound as if it was apart of the original fee. Yes, we could have asked, but that seems important enough information that should be given upfront. And there was no language barrier to use as an excuse for lack of transparency.
The bathroom (the shower and the toilet) was rather outdated.
The jacuzzi was barely warmer than room temperature.
While we were not there just to watch TV, it was also outdated and rather small, considering the distance from the bed (the only real comfortable area to watch from) to the TV itself.
