No friendliness, no English, no interest….
Pros:

The restaurant of the hotel is not interested in customers… lack of English and friendliness. We wanted to have a quick lunch at 14 hours and wanted to go to the Terrace, although it was not at all cleaned up. A few guests were- despite the look of the Terrace-sitting outside already. The way from the kitchen to the terrace is really not worth mentioning, but the waiter and also the reception did not even answer, why they did not accept us as guest on the terrace. Strange behaviour! They even did not excuse themselves all explain, why we were not welcome. Ob no interest in turnover.

Sehr schickes Hotel. Frühstück sehr reichlich,Zimmer prima, nicht weit zum Strand und Wellnesbereich hervorragend.

Vacker omgivning! Vackert hotell! Otrevlig personal som inte informerade ordentligt. Fick veta när vi skulle checka ut att vi också skulle betala för parkering, något som inte nämndes vid incheckning.

Super hotel, bardzo klimatyczny i luksusowy wystrój. Blisko plaży w spokojnej lokalizacji. Poza sezonem kameralnie, sala basenowa i pokój zabaw dla dzieci praktycznie dla naszego użytku co na prawdę pomogło się dodatkowo zrelaksować i poczuć jeszcze bardziej komfortowo.

Spa - Bereich fast alle Liegen defekt. Leider haben wir auch keine Wellness -Termine während unseres Aufenthaltes bekommen. Schön fanden wir auch nicht, das das Restaurant zur Abendessenszeit überfüllt war um a la carte essen zu können. Das Ambiente des Hotels hat sich seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt sehr verschlechtert. Schade

Ett stort hotel med lite slitna rum, ingen luftcirkulationerna n.
Mycket barnfamiljer som tog över SPA avdelningen.
Buffe för de flesta gästerna.
Kaos ibland, då personalen inte visste ens sina öppettider..

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights. Booked in on a DBB basis. Had a suite as it was the only room left. This cost around £125 per night! Which is amazing value. The room was a two bedroom suite with a lovely bathroom. Clean, fresh and very comfortable. Staff were amazing and the food very good. They take Covid 19 seriously with gloves and masks mandatory for breakfast. Easy access to forests and beech makes it a perfect place to stay. And best of all the resident cat Lucjan!!!
