Categories

Cleanliness
9
Many guests explicitly praise cleanliness and housekeeping ("muy limpio", "propreté top", "It was clean"); a few reviews note humidity odor in a room, but overall cleanliness is consistently highlighted.
Service
8.8
Staff are frequently described as very friendly and attentive (multiple mentions of amable, recepció destacada); however there are isolated negative incidents (restaurant manager attitude) that temper the score slightly.
Location
7.6
Location is repeatedly described as being a bit far from the city center or on the outskirts (and once near factories/gas station); it is, however, convenient for Motorland Circuit visitors and has easy access/parking.
Room Quality
8
Rooms are often called spacious and comfortable, with good climate control for many guests; some mention small beds, a too-firm mattress for some, and at least one report of air-conditioning failure during a hot night.
Amenities
8.2
On-site parking and garage for motorcycles are repeatedly praised; restaurant and cafeteria availability/stock can be inconsistent and the air-conditioning system has had issues for some guests.
Value for Money
7.7
Mixed views: several guests find the price reasonable or good value, while others consider it somewhat expensive for what is offered (comments like "net iets te duur" and "redelijk duur").
Food and Beverage
7.4
Food reviews are mixed: some praise the restaurant and quality of meals, others report poor breakfast variety, limited bakery/fruits, missing products and at least one staff-related service refusal; consistency is an issue.
Overall Experience
9.7
Despite some location and F&B issues, the combined strengths—clean rooms, friendly staff, ease of parking and quiet environment—produce a strongly positive overall impression for many guests.

It’s a good hotel on the outskirts of Alcañiz, near a gas station and a supermarket. Not the best area of Alcañiz, but i
