Angebot steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis!
Pros:

Receptionsmitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Preis in keinem Verhältnis zu einem 4-Sterne-Hotel! Völlig überteuert. Unser erstes Zimmer war eigentlich unbewohnbar, dunkel und bedrückend. Balkontür zur "Terasse" kaum zu öffnen und für korpulente Menschen nicht passierbar. Alternative am nächsten Tag besser aber auch kein 4-Sterne-Niveau. Blick über Holzeinzäunung auf niedriges Betongebäude, dahinter dann Meer (Meerblick!).
Altstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 25 Min.) entlang der Hauptstraße.
Der krönende Abschluss - das Frühstück! Ein 4-Sterne -Hotel mit einem unterirdischen Angebot. In einer Kühlvitrine 3 Teller. 1x Käse (6 Scheiben), 1x Schinken (ca. 6 Scheiben) und einmal Salami, auch ca. 6 Scheiben. Es wurde nicht automatisch nachgelegt, da musste man fragen. Ein mittelgroßes Baguette und manchmal ein kleines dunkles Brot waren das Angebot an die Frühstücksgäste, Auch hier wurde nur nach Anfrage nachgelegt. Eigentlich für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ein Witz, aber leider Realität.
Wenn man ein paar Kirschen haben wollte, dann wurden 5 Euro Extrakosten verbucht!

L’emplacement prêt de l’aéroport pour un départ sans stress et le village à proximité très très beau

Cons:

Dans la réservation il n’est pas stipulé que l’accès à la plage et à la piscine est payante !!!! On nous a réclamé 50€ par personne pour avoir le droit d’accéder à la piscine
Bien entendu j’ai,refusé de payer le prix exorbitant je me suis plaint au manager qui après réflexion m’a proposé 30€ .Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié cette sorte de chantage
Le manager a appelé le directeur qui finalement nous à (gracieusement) offert l’entrée de la piscine
Mais quelle surprise en arrivant il y avait à peu près 80 enfants et une vingtaine de parent 😱😱😱😱😡😡😡
Tout ce beau monde sautait,plongeait ,hurlait dans un bruit épouvantable
Donc après renseignement cette piscine n’appartient pas à l’hôtel ,c’est une piscine ouverte au public pour la somme de 15€ l’entrée
Ah mais vous pouvez avoir accès à la piscine et à la plage gratuitement si vous prenez 6 nuits à 176.89€ la nuit x 6 🥵🥵😡😡

L'hôtel et le personnel sont bien

Cons:

C'est la première fois que dans un. Hôtel nous n'avons pas pu nous détendre dans la piscine car celle-ci ouverte aux personnes extérieures. On était sur une piscine municipale avec une chambre à plus de 200 euros la nuit. Rien que pour ça je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

- A személyzet nagyon figyelmes és udvarias volt.

Tento hotel nebudeme doporučovať svojim známym.
Pros:

Lokalilta aj keĎ je mimo mesta, všetko bolo pekne upravené, čisté,, vybavenie hotela na vysokej úrovni. Personál je veľmi ochotný a ústretový.

Cons:

z tohoto prvého dojmu pokazilo raňajkové menu. Veľmi skromné, priam nepostačujúce. Žiadna zmena, pečivo s malým výberom, ani raz nebola šunka, ani čerstvé mlieko. Dominovali kúpené koláče a trvanlivé chleby. Večerové menu sa za celý pobyt nezmenilo, takže večere sa museli opakovať. Ale oproti raňajkám to bolo aspoň bohatšie a čerstvo pripravované.
Keďže sme boli v apríli a nebola sezóna, bazén bol napustený ale uzatvorený. To bolo aj v propozíciách, ale tento hotel sme si vybrali kvôli súkromnej pláži a na túto nás nepustili. Všetko bolo uzatvorené a nepripravené. Verejné pláže boli vzdialené 16 km smerom na Bari alebo 28 km v Trani. Toto nám doporučili na recepcii. Z tohto sme boli veľmi sklamaní.
Na hoteli so 4 hviezdičkami nešla klimatizácia a ráno netiekla vôbec teplá voda.
Platili sme hneď pri príchode na vyžiadanie recepcie. Asi by sme odišli inde.

Pros:

Lage am Meer, eigener Parkplatz, schöner Frühstücksraum, nahe bei der Schnellstrasse nach Bari, nur 15 Minuten vom Flughafen, der hübsche Ort Giovinazzo nur wenige Minuten entfernt, wir hatten zwei Zimmer reserviert, davon nur eines mit Meerblick, auf Nachfrage erhielten ein zweites mit Meerblick ohne Aufpreis

Cons:

die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört selbst lautes Reden von nebenan, zweimal war die Nachtruhe durch Musik von Veranstaltungen im Keller gestört (bis 2 Uhr früh)

Super friendly reception staff.
Great location, easy walk to Giovinazzo.
Good gym, gardens and restaurant.
Great beach access and outdoor pool.
Nice breakfast with outdoor dining.
The waiter and waitress were exceptional and so kind and looked after my wife while I was working.
Good secure on site parking.

Cons:

Outdoor pool closed during our stay.
Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Good location with parking, but paper-thin walls
Pros:

We chose this hotel mainly because of the location & hassle free parking.
Our room was very spacious, the beds were comfy & the bathroom & shower were great.
The staff was great as well - very nice & helpful.

Cons:

However, little did we know that the hotel walls are paper-thin, so we could hear everything in the surrounding rooms - especially the TV that was attached to the wall behind our bed!
The breakfast was good, but we expected something better - more variety.
