Niedostępny parking hotelowy
Pros:

Pod względem jakości pokoju jest to najlepszy hotel w Soproniu w jakim byłem, a byłem jeszcze w 2 pozostałych większych hotelach. Śniadania były bardzo dobre i też mogę stwierdzić, że najlepsze ze wszystkich hoteli. Telewizor miał dostępne wiele kanałów oraz aplikacji Smart TV.

Cons:

Komunikacja z personelem była ciężka. Nie potrafili się w pełni skutecznie porozumieć po angielsku. Przed zakończeniem pobyty dostałem wiadomość z podziękowaniami za pobyt, która wyglądała jakbym został wymeldowany, a jak prosiłem o wyjaśnienie to nie otrzymałem odpowiedzi. Gdy prosiłem jasno o pinezkę na Google Maps i bardzo jasno to tłumaczyłem to otrzymywałem informacje, że nie ma żadnego PINu.

Po przyjeździe otrzymałem informację, że parking jest po prawej stronie od wejścia w dużej bramie. Ta brama mogłaby tak zostać określona jeśli byłaby dla rowerów. Nie da się tam wjechać autem. Nie podołała też ekipa pracowników, którzy przyjechali tam chwilę przede mną i każdego dnia musiałem szukać parkingu na mieście, gdzie w 95% parkomatów nie działa płatność kartą. Informacja o tak niedogodnym parkingu powinna być gdzieś podana żeby zaplanować parkowanie w innym miejscu albo po prostu wybrać hotel z dostępnym parkingiem.

Richtig schönes Hotel in der historischen Innenstadt Ödenburgs, was man von außen gar nicht so vermutet. Besonders gut ist mir das Frühstück in Erinnerung geblieben.

Pros:

Minden szuper volt. Tiszta, csendes, jól felszerelt.

Cons:

A reggelihez adott narancslé elég gyenge volt, szerintem ezen nem érdemes spórolni – egy finom, jó minőségű narancslé sokat dobna a reggelin.

A reggeli nagyon jó, változatos, a személyzet kedves, segítőkész volt.

Cons:

A parkolás kicsit nehézkes, mivel nagyon szűk az udvar és a kapu nyitása csak külön kérésre történik.

It's at a perfect location. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was no hot water in my room at the first night, but as it was really hot outside, I actually didn't mind. Also the fridge was not very cold. I adjusted the temperature in it and left the cupboard door open to let it ventilate properly.
I was a bit disappointed they had no tea in the room, only coffee and no teaspoon 😁 Otherwise everything was in order.
