Świetna lokalizacja bardzo miła obsługa i świetne śniadania.

Cons:

W informacji było, że hotel posiada parking. Po przyjeździe i zaparkowaniu przed hotelem, na miejscu oznaczonym, że należy do hotelu, okazało się, że nie możemy tam się zatrzymać. Należy dodatkowo opłacić parking 100zl, oddać kluczyki bo obsługa chce przeparkować auto, gdzieś na okoliczny, uliczne wolne miejsca.

W pokojach nie ma zestawu do robienia kawy/herbaty.

Przez to, dla mnie nie jest to hotel 5 gwiazdkowy. Tym bardziej za takie pieniądze.

W pokoju nie było kuchni ale dobrze by było gdyby była chociaż mikrofalówka w pokoju bo śniadania w hotelu są trochę drogie.

Tolles Hotel in super Lage
Pros:

Schöne Zimmer mit Charme der 1950er Jahre, Badezimmer klassisch und sehr schön. Die Lage ist exzellent. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal ist einem immer behilflich.

Cons:

Die Lage ist wie schon bemerkt sehr gut, allerdings ist die Anfahrt leicht verwirrend. Wenn man vom Süden oder Westen kommt, folgt man dem Navi und fährt durch den Tunnel unter dem Einkaufscentrum Galeria Katowice. An der Ampel am Ende fährt man dann gerade aus (links halten!) auf den kleinen Parkplatz und von dort 50 m in die Fußgängerzone bis zum Hoteleingang.

Zostawiłem w pokoju kosmetyczkę, po zadzwonieniu do recepcji w celu zapytania czy być może obsługa ją znalazła, uzyskałem natychmiastową odpowiedź że nie - recepcjonista się nawrt nie zastanowił - nawet nie pofatygował się aby sprawdzić czy jest to stan faktyczny.

Bardziej lubię ten hotel i z przyjemnością go wybieram jednakże ta sytuacja i brak jakiejkolwiek pomocy pozostawiła u mnie pewien niesmak.

W pokoju zimno po wyłączeniu klimatyzacji dalej powiew zimnego powietrza z wentylacji.

Très bel hôtel à Katowice
Pros:

Hôtel moderne à 2 minutes à pied du centre de Katowice. Grande chambre très bien équipée : lit confortable, douche, serviettes de toilette,climatisation, frigo, wc. Accueil sympathique et efficace. L'hôtel est à 2 minutes de la gare routière, très pratique pour aller à l'aéroport

Un peu bruyant à cause des travaux à côté de l'hôtel pendant mon séjour
