Pros:

Why would you stay anywhere else? Welcoming helpful staff, clean warm and comfortable room. Parking available. Good cafes and restaurants nearby and a lovely beach.

Cons:

Disappointed with the very dirty windows facing the sea, it affected the view. I paid for a sea view which is great but was spoilt by how dirty the windows were. I understand that’s it’s sea front & the salt etc is going to play a part & they don’t need to be pristine but these windows hadn’t been cleaned for a long time & when the view is the main selling point of a room that’s not acceptable. I had a friend pick me up & they were also surprised by how dirty they were. The weather was great & I wanted to sit on the chairs on the balcony but they also hadn’t been cleaned for a long time & you couldn’t sit on them. Unfortunately the toilet was also not clean & had marks from previous guests. The staff were lovely & the location was great but for the money you expect these things to be a higher standard.

Cons:

The adjoining restaurant. Not part of the hotel but part of the internal building. Very average menu with only about 4 mains in offer. I settled for a starter and left

Pros:

Location was excellent & the staff were lovely.

Cons:

Some cleanliness issues with our room including the windows being very dirty. The main reason we booked the hotel was for the amazing views but the windows really need to be cleaned.

The water from the shower also leaked all bathroom floor.
