Beautiful room with great view
Pros:

Beautiful room and stunning view! The staffs were very nice, and the location was perfect.

Cons:

Air conditioning was loud, but it seems it’ll be replaced to new one after summer.

Sehr schönes Hotel, ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen
Pros:

Direkt am See an der Fussgängerzone gekegen. Schöner Garten. Unser Zimmer hatte eine eigene kleine Terrasse mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen.

Cons:

Knappe Parkplätze. Ladestationen in der Parkgarage sind vorhanden aber sehr teuer. Da loht es sich eher, nach Locarno zu fahren und dort zu laden.

Schöne Tage im Tessin
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, Personal freundlich - vor allem die nette Dame am Empfang, die auch Abends um 22 Uhr noch Getränke organisieren konnte ;-)

Top Lage, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und ein wunderschöner Pool.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr grosszügig und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Die Lage war sehr zentral und direkt am See. Man hatte gute Parkmöglichkeiten für das Auto während der Aufenthaltszeit im Seeschloss.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Croissants/Gipfeli könnten besser sein. Das Brot war jedoch sehr frisch und sehr gut.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, die Atmosphäre angenehm und das gesamte Ambiente sehr einladend. Auch das Frühstück und der Service waren ausgezeichnet.
