Pros:

O quarto bom, confortável e limpo.

Cons:

Atendimento na recepção do Hotel, funcionário não demostra empatia e não si esforça para entender o cliente. O café da manhã fica muito aquém do esperado, praticamente não tem frutas. O atendimento parece familiar e a impressão que tenho é que tanto faz ter ou não ter hóspede.

En el baño eche de menos un asiento para poder ducharme,dado que la habitación es adaptada

A good value stay, near to the heart of Zaragoza.
Pros:

A nicely decorated and comfortable hotel, with an on-site café and lounge area. My room was a good size considering it was a single, and the bathroom and shower were also pretty big. Good air-con and shutters added to the comfort level. There was also a fridge in the room which was an unexpected bonus. Most of the staff I encountered were friendly, and the location was good; a 15 minute walk to the old town, and near to bus-stops and the local train station. I'd recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast offerings (for which I had to pay extra) seemed a little disorganised, and not always well-stocked; there just seemed to be one member of staff overseeing it, alongside taking orders for room service.

Es un hotel que no sobresale en nada pero no le puedes encontrar fallos. Recomendable 100%.
Pros:

Limpieza, habitación, ubicación, atención, todo en general.

Cons:

Quizás la terraza exterior un poco sosa y muy calurosa. También el garaje, pero creo que es mas cuestión del parking que del Hotel. Por 17 Euros puedes dejar el coche pero, solo lo puedes sacar una vez, después pagas la tarifa del parking. Eso si, esta cerca.
