Over priced for a small room with no restaurant or bar
Everything grand
Location and set up was perfect for me. I was in town for a birthday party, so needed somewhere easy, safe, functional and close to my event. Good location, walked into town, but quiet and away from traffic etc. Staff were unassuming and very accomodating.
Room was a little more snug than I anticipated!

The room we stayed in was very comfortable. I do however think we were put in the wrong room because I booked a family room however there was a double bed and a single chair. I thought with a family room you would get a sofa bed as well.

Ground floor Hot day able to open door and as I was travelling with your child he was able to play out on the grass and it was safe. Included continental breakfast excellent . Very friendly Easy check in and out The fan was appreciated.
No complaints. The toilet seat had come loose but was reported the next morning . Was not an issue.
Staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent with lots of gluten free options.

The room was very hot and stuffy and it wasn’t even a particularly warm day. I can’t imagine what this would have been like in dead of summer. We were on the ground floor so couldn’t leave the windows open at night as there was no security around the facility.
The room decor was a little dated. We actually really liked the retro feel - an old radio in the night stand and the trouser press - but none of those things worked so it went from retro to dated.
