9.5
Consistently positive: many mentions of very friendly, helpful staff, 24/7 reception, staff returning forgotten items and attentive cleaning staff. Service is a strong point across reviews.
Location
9
Generally strong: convenient location near bus station and on-site parking mentioned multiple times (including free parking and easy parking), which guests value.
Room Quality
6
Mixed to negative: multiple comments about outdated, worn or shabby rooms (notably rooms >400), uncomfortable beds and broken items (phon, sinks), though some guests received larger/upgraded comfortable rooms.
Amenities
8.3
Mostly positive: on-site parking, paid EV charging, good air-conditioning and available restaurant/pizzeria are cited; some amenities (hairdryer, certain room fittings) reported broken or worn.
Value for Money
7.2
Mixed: some guests find the hotel good for the price, while others feel it is overpriced given the worn condition of many rooms and occasional poor room quality.
Food and Beverage
7.7
Mixed: several guests praise a good, plentiful breakfast; others complain it is repetitive, lacking variation and specifically criticize the coffee from machines and restaurant quality in some cases.
Overall Experience
9.2
Overall impression skewed positive due to strong service, convenient parking/location and good breakfast for many guests, despite notable issues with some rooms and cleanliness; many guests would still consider returning because of staff and practical conveniences.

Très agréable séjour!
Pros:

Schade
