Pros:

Great location, can walk to the airport. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Nice pool.

Cons:

Very slow service in the restaurant for dinner. It wasn't very full but the servers seemed unaware of what was happening at their tables

It was only one night before our flight so we were ok with the accommodation.

Staff was really helpful and nice

Cons:

First of all, for our booking with 2 single beds and 1 large bed, we received a room with one single bed (that looked improvised) and one large bed. The 4th person was expected to sleep on a couch that was really really small and not even extendable. The staff changed our room so at least we got a more accurate accommodation as we booked.
The food at the restaurant was ok, not the best, even though we saw a bug on the floor while eating.

A perfect stay—clean, comfortable, and the ideal location near the airport. Highly recommended!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room had everything we needed. The location is excellent—just a few minutes from Tirana Airport, which made our early flight completely stress-free. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Pros:

Heerlijk in de buurt van het vliegveld. We hadden de auto al vroeg ingeleverd en wilden niet weer een taxi moeten pakken naar de stad, dus konden de rest van de dag in het hotel aan het zwembad blijven.
Verder hebben ze al een vervroegd ontbijt waarbij je vanaf 3u 's nachts al iets kan pakken om te eten. Echt helemaal top!

Pros:

Heel handig zo dicht bij de luchthaven. Het zwembad is fijn en grote kamer.

Cons:

Totaal overpriced. Geen service aan het zwembad en je mag de bar niet binnen. Kamer is oké, maar zeker niet voor de prijs die wij betaalde. Duurste hotel van onze reis, terwijl we op prachtige locaties mochten slapen.

Teleurstellend verblijf
Pros:

Heerlijk zwembad om in af te koelen, goede bedden en nauwelijks geluid van de vliegtuigen door goede isolatie

Tijdens onze rondreis door Albanië hebben we overal heerlijk gegeten, maar helaas was het eten in dit hotel een grote teleurstelling. Het diner hebben we zelfs laten staan omdat de kwaliteit zo slecht was. Dit hadden we zeker niet verwacht van een 4-sterrenhotel. Wie lekker wil eten, kan beter ergens anders gaan dineren.
Ook het vroege ontbijt viel erg tegen. Er was aangegeven dat er vanaf 03.00 uur een ontbijt beschikbaar zou zijn, inclusief een croissant. Toen wij om 03.15 uur arriveerden, waren er echter geen croissants te vinden. Er stonden alleen enkele kleine yoghurtbekertjes en een paar koekjes klaar. Na navraag kregen we te horen dat de croissants nog in de oven zaten. Wij moesten echter al vertrekken naar het vliegveld en hadden hier dus niets meer aan.
Jammer dat de service en het eten niet overeenkwamen met de verwachtingen van een 4-sterrenhotel.

Highly recommend this hotel as the reception staff went over and above to welcome and help me.
Pros:

Easy access to and from airport. Reception staff were so kind and helpful and I was made to feel very welcome. The room was spacious and clean and overlooked the garden and pool area.
