Kiemelkedő kiszolgálás, reggeli és tisztaság
Pros:

-A szálláshely kívül esik az éttermek és bárok zajától ezért nagyon jól lehet aludni.
- Nincsenek lépcsők, van parkoló és gyerek medence, ezért ideális kisgyerekeseknek. Ezért számítanod kell gyerekre a medencénél.
- A személyzet nagyon szigorúan veszi a kéréseket. Kértünk glutén mentes kenyeret, és másnap meleg kenyérrel vártak reggel, nagyon hálásak vagyunk érte. Mindig kedvesek és azonnal rendelkezésre állnak.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einer fantastischen Gegend mit vielen tollen Erlebnissen.

Die Höhlenatmosphäre, der Pool, das Frühstück und die Aussicht sind gigantisch.

Ich glaube, man muss die Reinigung extra anfordern, das hatten wir nicht verstanden.

Ruhige und entspannte Anlage mit schönem Pool, nettem Personal und sehr gutem Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück was exzellent und die gesamte Anlage war erfreulich ruhig. Sie erlaubte sehr schöne Spaziergänge in das nahe Taubental.

Cons:

Unsere ursprüngliche Buchung sah ein Zimmer im ersten Stock mit kleiner Terrasse vor. Wir wurden jedoch im Erdgeschoss ohne Terrasse eingecheckt. Erfreulicherweise konnten wir nach der Hälfte des Aufenthalts nach oben wechseln.

Abbiamo prenotato per una notte con cena e colazione incluse.
Camera e bagno molto grandi, al contrario di altre recensioni ho trovato sia il bagno che la camera puliti.

La piscina è un plus che permette di godersi una giornata di relax e non l’ho mai trovata affollata.

Colazione abbondante più salato che dolce.

Staff gentile e cordiale.

Posizione vicinissima al centro di Goreme

Cons:

Servizio di ristorazione: avevamo la cena inclusa nel pacchetto (una cena). Dopo aver ordinato, un ordine è arrivato subito, per l’altro ordine abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di mezz’ora.
Si erano palesemente dimenticati di metà ordine in quanto non ci hanno neanche consegnato le bibite. Passata più di mezz’ora abbiamo dovuto sollecitare per richiedere il piatto ordinato, arrivato purtroppo freddo.
Però capisco che possa succedere quando c’è tanta affluenza.
