Pros:

Amazing customer service. I forgot my AirPods there and they literally shipped it to me to another city.

​A wonderful and peaceful stay!
Pros:

​We had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. Here is a breakdown of our stay:
​The Good:
​Atmosphere: The hotel is incredibly calm, beautifully maintained, and has a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere throughout.
​Staff: The staff members were highly competent, friendly, and always ready to help.
​Dining: The breakfast was very good with a great selection. For those choosing the half-board option, the dinner is spectacular and comes with fantastic live music.

Cons:

The only minor downside was the reception: at check-in/check-out; the welcome could have been a bit more enthusiastic and warm to match the high standards of the rest of the hotel.

Cons:

Le personnel peut arrangeant, pas forcément sympathique, la literie pas du tout confortable ( mal de dos ; couette petite), le sol de la chambre n’a jamais été nettoyé en 5 jours alors qu’il y avait du sable ; nous avons payé plus de 100 euros la nuit sur booking alors que les chambres sur Hôtel.com pendant notre séjour étaient à 47 euros

A Magical place Nice and calm
Pros:

The place is Magical, with poultry at the entrance , à Nice terrasse and garden.
Thé room is big with a V large bathroom and is genuine .
Breakfast is generous with many options available .

Cons:

Some waitresses at the restaurant are not v commercial ( ie not taking our order or not delivering on things they could : for example an orange juice once a big pile of oranges just arrived… justifying it by the fact that they keep orange juice for tomorrow and the next morning still not having orange juices seem not commercial…)
