Overall good experience, return worthy.
Pros:

Good location, out of the town’s noise yet 5 minutes walk from center. Deep pool, kids pool and jacuzzi - it is children friendly so expect shouts and splashes. Rich breakfast yet boring for a long stay. Ms Melin extremely kind and helpful, arranged nice attractions.

Cons:

The cave rooms have stale smell, into the carpets, the furniture, the curtains.

Pros:

Receptie (Beyza & Hamiyet) waren meedenkend en heel vriendelijk. Iedereen in het hotel was vriendelijk. We hebben enorm genoten als gezin. Top locatie rn een top zwembad! We komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Excellent location, just a short walk into the centre of Goreme. Spectacular views from our room. Nice pool, and very friendly staff. Our room was very big and the bathroom was huge.

Cons:

We paid extra for one of the suites, and although the room itself was lovely, the outside area was quite tired and needs a bit of attention. Breakfast was also quite limited and exactly the same every morning.

La habitación en una cueva era espectacular, un tamaño grandísimo, pero la cama estaba literalmente encima de una piedra y se nos hizo durísima igual que las almohadas, al.estar en cueva tiene un olor a humedad bastante importante, pero la decoración y el ambiente era impresionante .
