Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, posizione buona e clima accogliente.

Cons:

Purtroppo la cucina e soprattutto il personale al servizio lasciano molto a desiderare. Consiglio la struttura per dormire, no per la ristorazione.

L emplacement au cœur de goreme

Cons:

Problème d eau chaude dans une des 2 chambres nous avons de l eau chaude sur le dernier jour uniquement sur les 3 nuits.
Ce qui fait un grand hotel c est les attentions apporté aux client et ce peu importe le nombre d etoiles, je voyage toujours quand c est mon anniversaire et c est la 1ere fois que l hotel a eu aucun geste meme pas un.joyeux anniversaire alors qu ils avaient mon passeport et qu a plusieurs reprise nous en avons fait mention

黑心酒店套路多 This crooked hotel is full of scams

第一天办理入住，前台先带我去一间房，随后告知房间有误，重新拿钥匙带我们换到另一间房。入住次日，我在酒店预订了红线、绿线一日游与热气球项目，按店家要求特意上街换取欧元现金支付（店家明确只收欧元现金）。
第二天我们外出参加红线一日游途中，酒店突然致电导游说我们房间分配错误，要求我们立刻回去搬行李，要么我们自己折返，要么酒店派人代搬，无奈之下只能让工作人员帮忙搬迁。一日游结束回到酒店，竟发现我们被搬回了第一天最初带去的那间房。事后回想，这分明是在试探客人底线。

热气球行程我们凌晨4:05集合，因云层过厚当日未能起飞。事后我才得知行业规则：热气球未成功升空可顺延使用，无需额外加价、也不用重新预订。
当天下午一名酒店工作人员却告知我们热气球涨价，每人需额外补交40欧元。我们当时不了解行情，表示需要考虑。当晚换了另一位值班员工，我们提出没有多余欧元现金、不想再外出换钱，想要取消订单；这名员工查询后告知我们预订有效，价格不变，次日可以正常飞行。
于是我们再次凌晨4:05早起等候热气球，结果当天值班的正是前一天下午索要加价的工作人员。等其他客人全部安排出发后，他才告知我们系统里根本没有我们的热气球预订记录——显而易见，我们的热气球名额被转卖给其他人，还故意折腾我们白白早起！

在土耳其一路上遇到的本地人大多友善热心，不少陌生人主动伸出援手，唯独这家酒店处处算计、刻意折腾客人。前台多名工作人员轮番换班，管理极度混乱，摆明了就是想方设法坑游客！强烈不推荐，千万不要入住！


Terrible hotel with terrible unethical practices, I would strongly advise all tourists to stay away!
On my check-in day, the staff first led me to a room, then said there was a mistake with the room and fetched a new key to take me to another room. The next day after settling in, I booked Red Tour, Green Tour and hot air balloon packages through the hotel. I even went out of my way to exchange cash euros on the street as they only accepted euro cash as requested.

While I was out on the Red Tour the next day, the hotel called our tour guide out of nowhere, claiming our assigned room was wrong. They demanded we rush back to move luggage immediately—either we returned ourselves or they would move our belongings for us. We had no choice but to let their staff relocate our things. When I got back from the day tour, I was shocked to find we had been moved back to the very first room they showed me on check-in. Looking back, it felt like they were testing how much guests would put up with.

We got up at 4:05 a.m. for the hot air balloon, but the flight was cancelled due to heavy cloud cover. I later learned the standard industry rule: if your balloon flight cannot take off, your booking can simply be rescheduled with no extra charge and no need to rebook.

Almost perfect
Pros:

Really nice hotel, nice ambience, nice pool, great view, good location. Rooms are really interesting with the stone walls. My room stayed really cool all day/night without the need for aircon. A flat walk in and out of town is possible if thats important for you.

Cons:

The only tiny thing is they have roosters on site which might wake you early if youre a light sleeper 😅

Pros:

La struttura è molto accogliente e curata a pochi passi dal centro di Goreme.

Cons:

Da segnalare un po' di puzza di fogna provenienti dagli scarichi del bagno della camera e magari aggiungere delle lampade da comodino per una migliore illuminazione.
