Una struttura dal fascino indiscutibile: soggiornare in un castello, in un contesto così suggestivo, è sicuramente un’esperienza particolare e rappresenta il principale punto di forza della struttura.
Una nota decisamente positiva va assolutamente alla visita guidata del castello: la ragazza che ci ha accompagnato è stata preparata, chiara ed esaustiva, e ha reso la visita davvero interessante e piacevole.
Considerando la categoria 4 stelle, ci aspettavamo una maggiore attenzione alla qualità e alla manutenzione dei servizi. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo riscontrato alcuni aspetti che, a nostro avviso, meriterebbero di essere migliorati: il Wi-Fi era discontinuo, Sky in camera non funzionava e lo scarico dell’acqua era particolarmente lento. Anche la vasca idromassaggio avrebbe bisogno di maggiore manutenzione: all’accensione è uscita acqua sporca, due bocchette non funzionavano e le altre avevano un getto molto debole.
Per quanto riguarda la cena, avevamo scelto di cenare in struttura senza essere informati preventivamente che, a causa della presenza di un matrimonio, non sarebbe stato disponibile il menù alla carta ma soltanto un menù prestabilito. Dopo aver fatto presente il nostro disappunto, ci è stata comunque però data la possibilità di ordinare un piatto, che abbiamo trovato molto buono. Sarebbe stato però sicuramente più corretto informare gli ospiti al momento della prenotazione.
Abbiamo inoltre trovato poco flessibile la gestione dell’escape room per quanto riguarda gli orari.
Un altro aspetto che ci ha lasciato un po’ perplessi riguarda il soggiorno con il nostro cane. È previsto un supplemento per l’animale, ma in camera non abbiamo trovato alcun servizio o dotazione dedicata. Sarebbe sicuramente apprezzabile, soprattutto per una struttura di questa categoria, offrire almeno qualcosa di semplice, come una ciotola o un piccolo kit di benvenuto per acqua e cibo. Giusto un servizio che dia un po’ più di valore al supplemento richiesto.

Amazing, beautiful castle. We stayed in the tower and felt like princesses. Restaurant was impeccably divine. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. The castle collection is amazing to walk around and look at and engage with. A fabulous night in a castle.

A very beautiful historical place. The Castle and the grounds were amazing. The Staff went out of their way to help and make us feel welcome. Dinner at the restaurant offered a menu with wine pairing which was perfect.
Todo era espectacular, la habitación tal cual la descripción, café, té, tantos accesorios extras, la comodidad de las camas era óptima.
Había un matrimonio que duro después de la 1 AM, para los que desean completo silencio sería de llevar algo para mitigar el sonido
Soggiornare qui ti fa tornare indietro nel tempo. Si vede la passione e la voglia dei proprietari di curare i dettagli dell’arredamento per far sentire l’ospite in un’epoca ormai passata. Camera spaziosa e letto molto comodo. Molto buono anche il ristorante. Personale cordiale e disponibile.
