Excellent Customer service. Clean bathroom and spaceous room. Good location and flexible transport means. Beauty and clean shopping center with almost all different shops that one can think of. The ladies in the reception are very welcoming full with excellent Customer services and good Communication skills.

La habitación no es muy grande pero cama extraordinaria, comodísima.
Dado el precio del hotel, esperaba un desayuno más variado.
De locatie is top. Tevens heeft het hotel huurfietsen, waar we elke dag gebruik van hebben gemaakt.
Het personeel aan de frontdesk was vriendelijk, maar niet heel erg behulpzaam.
De schuifdeur van de badkamer sloot niet goed, die rolde steeds vanzelf open.
Verder geen tegenvallers.
the location is amazing for a tourist - walking distance to the attractions on the west side of the city center, and just a few meters away from a subway stop leading to the major city center attractions towards the east. there's a convenience store inside the subway station right next door.
1. I reserved a KING size bed, and made sure to add a comment in the booking notes that this was important. Asked at check-in to CONFIRM it was a king sized bed, was assured it was.it was NOT, it was not even queen size. I had to go back to the checkin desk at 11:30pm, and they moved us to a room with a QUEEN size bed. My wife and I are both tall, and at 67, we know our preferences. This was below expectations. IT did not help my mood that the instructions printed on the room phones are INCORRECT, you can't get the front desk as indicated.
2. the room was nice otherwise - a fridge is always great so we can eat our own breakfast. there's a convenience store inside the subway station right next door.
Great location. Great breakfast with helpful and friendly staff. The size of the room was decent.
Too hot in the summer. No AC which made it very hard to get any sleep. The fan they provided didn’t help much. You had to open the window to get air but that made it very noisy and there was light coming from the entrance below.

Rundum alles super, insbesondere auch das reichhaltige und abwechslungsreiche Frühstück ohne Anstehen und mit viel Platz im Raum! Zudem ist das Hotel ruhig und zentral gelegen - ideal als Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen.
