Pros:

Super ruime kamers met uitzicht aan zee. We zijn paar nachten verbleven maar was zeker handig om amalfikust te bezoeken. Met de auto naar Sorrento geweest en daar geparkeerd. Daarna ferryboot genomen.
Hotelkamers werd ieder dag schoongemaakt. Ontbijt is zeker een aanrader, dat is inclusief je verblijf. Meestal is de restaurant open in de avond maar als het toch een keer dicht is,kan je gewoon in de buurt naar een ander restaurant gaan.
Personelen zijn ook erg aardig. Ik raad iedereen zeker aan.

Pros:

Camera ampia, bellissima vista sul mare e sul Vesuvio; buona colazione, in particolare le torte. La terrazza su cui si mangia e dove c'è una piccola piscina è spettacolare. Personale gentilissimo.

Cons:

Non tanto insonorizzato, si sentiva un po' il traffico, anche se abbiamo dormito bene ugualmente. Il soffione della doccia un po' vecchiotto, anche se funzionante.

Pros:

Miserable hotel manager, bar staff was nice, location was a nightmare and no air con for first 3 days. Definitely not worth the money

Cons:

Couldn’t open windows, air con didn’t work for days, sea view was blocked, location was irritating to get to town

Pros:

Ottima posizione per raggiungere facilmente Pompei e i dintorni. Struttura accogliente, pulita e tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di lavoro. Personale gentile e disponibile. Esperienza positiva, la consiglio sia per motivi di lavoro che di svago.

Cons:

L'unico aspetto migliorabile è la colazione: la scelta era piuttosto limitata e la qualità dei prodotti potrebbe essere curata maggiormente. Con una colazione più varia e ricca, l'esperienza sarebbe stata davvero ottima.

Cons:

W 4* hotelu, w pokoju zastaliśmy ostry "zapach" chemii stosowanej do ukrywania stęchlizny. Po interwencji na recepcji zaproponowano mi zmianę pokoju na BUNKIER - pokój bez okien lub pokój z podłogą w 1/3 zalaną wodą ( oczywiście odmówiłem). Generalnie cały hotel jest ruiną. Nie spotkałem się nigdzie w Europie z tym żeby w 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu prysznic złożyć z drzwi harmonijkowych (w sąsiednim pokoju były plastikowe ale wypadały). Resztę wymienię w kolejności: pęknięta wzdłuż podłoga, brudne ściany, niedziałająca lodówka, toaleta ustawiona tak blisko prysznica, że uniemożliwiała siadanie, zacieki na sufitach, śniadania monotonne bez warzyw, ogromny hałas od strony stoczni i drogi. Podczas 12 dniowej objazdówki był to zdecydowanie najgorszy hotel jaki widziałem. Stanowczo odradzam pobyt!

La posizione dell'albergo, la vista mare e l'accoglienza del personale.

Cons:

Ho trovato oggetti sporchi nella camera non miei. La colazione non era delle migliori, il caffè era pessimo, erogato da una macchinetta automatica.

Pros:

La visuale dalla terrazza dove si fa colazione è veramente spaziale. Colazione molto buona e abbastanza variegata.
La visuale dalla camera anche quella davvero ottima.
Staff davvero cordiale.

Cons:

In bagno non c'era nessun gancio dove poter appendere i vari asciugamani una volta utilizzati

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and relaxing, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed to feel at home.
What really made the experience special was the level of service and the attention to detail. Everything felt well taken care of, and it was clear that the hotel truly values its guests. I also really enjoyed the peaceful ambience, which made my stay feel both luxurious and restful.
