Housekeeping was TERRIBLE!!! Didn’t have clean towel, nothing was cleaned up for 4 days! No cups , nothing making beds or straightening anything!😡😡😡😡

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and it was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the pool was fun for kids of all ages. The rooms were spacious and the hotel was in the middle of all activities.

Cons:

Pros:

The hotel's in a great location and the pool and hot tub are great for families. The room is large and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the gentleman who works the night shift was very accommodating unlike the other staff.

Cons:

The front desk staff never seem to be at the front desk when needed. And, both first and second shift are very rude.
