According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. El aseo en las habitaciones muy malo
La humedad a echo su trabajo sobre todo en el baño, instalaciones muy antiguas necesitan manutención, sobre todo puertas ventanas y puertas de las duchas que suenan demasiado.
Además falta exigencias por el respeto de los huéspedes hacia los otros huéspedes, debido a que tuvimos que aguantar risas gritos y lo peor es que no nos dejaban dormir y el hotel no hizo nada para controlar eso.

La ubicación es buena no excelente.
Calle sin salida muy angosta los taxis y Uber no ingresan

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était très bon et copieux. Le personnel était globalement sympathique. L’emplacement est top, à la fois très bien placé mais dans une ruelle qui permet d’être un peu au calme du mouvement de l’avenue principal. Les chambres sont correctes.

Cons:

Les draps et serviettes ne semblaient pas très propres, l’isolation acoustique n’est pas au top non plus ce qu’il fait qu’il y avait beaucoup de bruits en début de soirée, au retour de chaque client ce qui peut donc être dérangeant.

A localização é próxima da praia.

Cons:

As fotos nao condizem com a realidade. O banheiro é extremamente apertado, sem box. A água do chuveiro vaza pra fora da área do box e molha todo o banheiro. O quarto é extremamente pequeno e nao condiz com as fotos.

Estacionamento indisponível(tivemos que pagar 60 reais a mais, que poderiam ter sido investidos em uma acomodaçao melhor. banheiro muito apertado o que dificultou dar banho nas criancas.

Excelente custo beneficio, com destaque para o café da manhã e para localização.
Pros:

Hospedagem com EXCELENTE custo beneficio. Muito próximo a praia, fácil acesso a tudo. Funcionários educados e bem receptivos. Quarto simples e confortável, estava limpo (não crie grandes expectativas em relação ao quarto, porém excelente visto o baixo custo da hospedagem). Nota especial em relação ao café da manhã, estava excelente, saboroso, gosto de comida caseira, frutas e diversidades. Com certeza voltaria novamente.

Apenas escadas, sem elevador.
