Pros:

Everything was great nothing to really complain about shuttle to the airport that connects to NYC. Easy to get to.

Cons:

Can't really complain because they have food options in the hotel. There is not much around. Uber and Uber eats helps alot!

Pros:

It was very clean and breakfast was good. The staff was nice and helpful.

Cons:

Paying 30.00 a day for parking.
They had a huge underground parking lot, mostly empty and they still charged 30 a night.

There was a lot of confusion about my reservation. Upon making this reservation; my daughter called to see the availability on rooms, they told her there were none. We were stuck at Newark International Airport. After my daughter was told that there were no available rooms; I proceeded to google bookit.com and they made a reservation for a room with my name reversed. I called to validate the reservation made through bookit.com. They were unable to find it. So they made me another reservation. After telling my daughter there were no rooms available. They charged me twice. Once through bookit.com and then the hotel charge me again through the second reservation. We stayed there from approximately 1 AM to approximately 7 AM. We were charged twice for one room. The room was not that clean. The beds were clean, but the bathroom and the carpet and the carpet in the hallway was not extravagantly clean. We were grateful for the room after being stuck at the airport with a delayed flight. But it was a series of events to get the room in the first place with a lot of confusion. I have since been on the phone with the assistant general manager at the Holiday Inn and bookit.com for a refund after being charged twice due to the and discrepancy with my name made by bookit.com. The assessment general manager was very helpful in investigating what went wrong and helping me. But the confusion, being charged twice, the cleanliness of the room in the hotel itself, didn’t make me feel all that great.

Expérience scandaleuse – à fuir
Refus de check-in à l’arrivée pour cause de surbooking malgré une réservation confirmée. Aucune solution proposée, personnel et manager totalement absents.
Envoyés dans un autre hôtel sans les prévenir… évidemment complet. Impossible de joindre l’établissement ensuite.
Abandonnés dans une ville inconnue, nous avons dû revenir à pied avec nos bagages et passer la nuit dans notre voiture, dans des conditions très difficiles.
Cette situation nous a en plus engendré des frais : 15 $ pour accéder à une salle de sport (douche/toilettes) et 30 $ pour un parking sécurisé où passer la nuit.
Établissement à éviter absolument.

Pros:

Actually the location is good, but the room and staffs are not good.

Cons:

Most of the facility in the room was not working. The staffs told us they would switch the room but they didn’t.
