Great hotel, staff could be more friendly and say thank you for coming and not just say , drop the key in that box .
Pros:

Very modern, clean , comfortable beds , near the airport and shuttle service was great 👍

Cons:

Like in other countries, breakfast should be included in the price, my suggestion to you Holiday inn and every other hotel, make your guests feel special.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. The manager is very nice and accommodating too.
Pros:

After arriving early off of a cruise, the manager had rooms available at 2pm. Our uber driver had recommended we don’t go outside the hotel so we waited inside. Funny but we had to wait inside our room before checking out as we could hear some people screaming obscenities at each other. The bed in room 136 had the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in quite a while. The room was large and clean. The small on site “store” sells affordable drinks and sandwiches. The restaurant is way overpriced with $24 hamburgers. I would stay here again

A lot. Young lady at the counter was friendly but We had to 3 different rooms. First one we were given was not what we booked, then we were placed in a room on the 7th floor (my wife is 8 months pregnant) then after we unpacked and started to settle in, we tried to take a shower and there was no hot water. We then changed rooms again, our floor smelled like a Bob Marley concert, the water was warm at best and the curtain rod was all but falling off but at the this point we just wanted to get to sleep for our morning flight. Would highly not recommend staying here unless you have no other choice. After my own personal experience and witnessing another travelers issues I will never be staying here again.
