Very pleased with my stay
Pros:

I love the location of the hotel and the staff was very nice. I just wish the beds were a little more comfortable and I wish there was a microwave in the room other then that I was very pleased with the hotel. If I ever visit Tulsa Oklahoma again I will stay here.

This place has gone downhill and is not worth any value
Pros:

Location close to why I was there

Cons:

Room had tore up curtains, scratched up television, floors were dirty, bathroom was dirty, asked for housekeeping as the room did not feel clean and they dropped towels off on my table in the living area. Informed them about the damages in my room and they acted as if I was lying.

Relative goog. We had a nice breakfast at “The Vault” downtown Tulsa.
Pros:

Although I considered your location over comparable locations close by, I chose your location because of the free Breakfast included. However after received my receipt for the room, I noticed that the free breakfast wasn’t included. When I asked the front desk , (Hector), he gave me an explanation about third party bookings affect the price and amenities.

Cons:

I didn’t appreciate being offered the free breakfast before making the Booking on line, then within minutes find out that because I used an agency to get a better price I made a mistake. The way I understood Hector, I should have booked through Marriot.com or directly with the Hotel. I think I’ll book with the Comfirt Inn next time. They don’t have the Bsit & Switch program. Also I figured being a Bon Boy member I would get some consideration and be treated just a little bit above the non member.

Enjoy staying here and will again.
Pros:

This was not my first time staying here. The facility is clean and the rooms are very comfortable.

The breakfast I had cost more than I was expecting, but it was good and satisfied me.
