Pros:

1　食事はすべて美味しかったです😊
ディナーで食べた、夏の暑さを和らげるサラダの食材とドレッシング、白身魚のソテーのパリパリ感と豊かな味わいのソース、野菜の付け合わせ。
朝食も、一つ一つが吟味されたものから好きなだけ選べて満足しました。
レストランのスタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした！

２　バスルームは十分すぎるぐらい広かったです。夜、洗濯した靴下などを干したのですが、換気能力はあまりなかったようで、朝まで乾きませんでした（ドライヤーで自分で乾かしたので大丈夫でした！）

Cons:

1　エアコンがないのは承知の上でしたが、宿泊日はとても暑い日にあたってしまい、クラシックな扇風機で暑さをしのぐしかありませんでした。「強」にすると音も大きくなって眠りの妨げとなりました。窓もあけられませんでした。
ほかの点は素晴らしいので、今後のことを考えると、暑さ対策を下ほうがいいと思いました。

2　ベッドの幅に比べ、マットレスの幅が狭く、ベッドの端に寝返りを打つと、落ちそうになりました。

Beautiful hotel and staff.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally nice and understanding.

Cons:

The evening meal could have been better. We left early because our room was on the second floor and my husband has heart problems and was finding the heat difficult to cope with. But that was OUR fault for not communicating better with the hotal beforehand and explaining our needs.

Not as good as it should be for 4* hotel
Pros:

1. Our superior room with a sea view was very good, but very hot, even with the fan provided. There was no air-conditioning.
2. The outdoor pool was good.
3. The front desk was often unattended, and we saw several couples trying to find someone to check in with on different occasions.
4. There appeared to be two chefs and restaurant teams, the breakfast ones ( very good and efficient) and the dinner team, which was inadequately staffed. One evening, the poor waitress was on her own and actually ran between the dining room and kitchen, trying to satisfy the food and drink needs of about 6 tables.
5. We think a four star hotel should have an à la carte menu option as well as table d'hôte for dinner. The menu described itself as the spring and summer one, and the choices were too limited. The breakfast menu was a mixture of buffet and cooked-to-order options, which was satisfactory but not hugely varied, eg only two types of bread - ordinary sliced loaves or gluten-free bread
6. There seemed to be no other dining options, no bar snacks, room service, or any options for lunch that we could find.
7. We had booked and paid for one of the 10 parking spaces available in the very constrained area at the side of the hotel, small spaces on a steep slope which required a degree of ingenuity and a great deal of care to access and egress.
8. The gardens were very attractive.
9. It has lovely interesting views over the bay and harbour from the front rooms, dining room, swimming pool, terrace, and gardens.

Hotel was well decorated and room was good size receptionist with bad wrist hadn’t got a scubby do

We were placed on the 2nd floor of the property with 2 steep flights of stairs . The girl on reception who had suffered a fractured rest offered to help with luggage, so she carried our iPad so two 70 year olds had to haul 2 heavy suitcase,s up to room

Super experience !
Pros:

Been here a few times and Always had a super time !
The dinner was excellent, rooms excellent too.
The staff are genuinely very nice and helpful.
The outdoor pool and gardens, just enhance the experience.

Katastrophe, so bewerte ich das Hotel. Zimmer alt und abgenutzt, Tapeten hängen runter, nicht reparierte Wasserschäden. Und das Bad war das allerschlimmste. Schimmel und Schimmelgeruch. Total abgenutzt, dreckig einfach nur ekelig. Am Frühstücksbüffet sind die Tassen noch dreckig. Kaffeemaschine dreckig, klebriges Besteck, Das ist kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Das ist eine Absteige. Und dafür über 500€ für 2 Nächte zu verlangen. Einfach unverschämt.
