فندق ممتاز نظيف اسعاره ممتازه وقريب من باب النساء وايضا لمن يرغب بزياره الروضه اوً دخول باب 32 من النساء

نظيف قريب من باب النساء باب عثمان بن عفان والعاملين ممتازين

الإفطار مكانه ضيق وان كان في تنوع ولكن يوم العيد كان مره زحمه ولاتوجد طاولات

مدخل المواقف صغير جدا وللاسف تستغل من قبل موظفي الفندق مما يدخل النزيل في مشكلة المواقف والمطعم اسعاره مبالغ فيها والطعم اقل من عادي

خداع العميل في موقع بوكنج بوجود موقف مجاني للسيارة وعند الوصول تتفجاء من موظفين الاستقبال وخصوص الاخ اسامة المدير المناوب بالاعذار والكذب وكافة موظفين الاستقبال بنات ورجال كذب وخداع اقسم بالله دفعت الف ريال مواصلات ومواقف وحجزت فندق اخر لرفض الموظف دخولي للفندق عند الساعة العاشرة وسوف ارفع شكوى لهيئه السياحة للنظر في التلاعب بين شركة بوكنج والفندق
