Would return due to fab location and room but would be reluctant to ask reception anything!

Brill location and the junior suite room with front sea view was amazing

The reception staff were rude on a number of occasions. Staff in other areas of the hotel were great but reception are rude

Pros:

Henkilökunta loistavaa. Aamupala tosi hyvä verrattuna moneen muuhun hotelliin. Myös illallinen tuli kerran syötyä ja runsas ja maukas oli. Sijainti loistava, sopivan lyhyt joka paikkaan.

Excellent we would stay again .
Pros:

Staff very helpful and friendly, very clean hotel and good location. Lots to choose from for breakfast and prices of drinks at the bar matched outside bars and restaurant's, Good entertainment.

Cons:

pool was cold and perhaps the sunbeds could have cushions but it was not the end of the world.

Pedimos una cama de matrimonio y no nos la pusieron. Nos iban a poner un topper con las dos camas juntas y tampoco nos lo pusieron.

Dias de descanso en un ambiente estupendo.
Pros:

La piscina cubierta, la situación enfrente de la playa con bares y restaurantes muy cercanos. La recepción muy amable y dispuesta a atender tus solicitudes dándote consejos si los necesitas, al igual que el resto del personal.

Great location
Pros:

The location was fabulous, just across the road from the beach, less than ten minutes walk from the train station, more restaurants than you could need within walking distance. Staff were very good. The place was very clean. We only had the breakfast and there were plenty of options. Entertainment was okay on the three nights we were there.
