It was a pleasant stay with no serious issues

Pros:

Missed breakfast bed was so comfy. Front Libby was nice and clean

Cons:

Top blanket was stained. toilet seat lid was lifted and dirty. Everything else was good. Bed is comfort. Shower is great.

I made a reservation for a whole suite go from Virginia Beach because I want a suite I ended up with a small room they charge me three times of a room price I know because I checked online they gave my suite somebody else and I already paid for it very bad business people who is running it very bad management very bad staff.

No hot water in room. Was charged taxes after I had already paid them. Hotel needs upgrades. rooms were worn

Pros:

Was the worse 2 nights of any stay in a hotel. No maid service, no clean towels or wash cloths, dirty wash cloths hanging in the shower from previous occupancy, extremely dirty coffee pot in the room, no coffee cups at common areas or lids dirty elevator to your room, no towels for the pool, single very small trash can in the room witch filled up very quickly and without maid service would not recommend staying here at all very dissatisfied would not stay at another comfort inn

It was definitely affordable and the staff was friendly , they need to do some upkeep on the place.

The staff was helpful. The room was spacious. The location was good but close to a not so good motel.

Cons:

The floors were sticky. The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Breakfast was terrible they did not restock and when we got there at 8:40 and it closed at 9:00, we were left with just toast and a little waffle mix. They were out of juice, coffee, eggs, sausage. Almost everything. Also the back door was broken so you had to come in and out only through the front door which seems like a hazard to me.

Very uncomfortable wouldn’t do it again

There were a lot of stores around

Cons:

Front desk lady was extremely rude they charge an extra 12 dollars A DAY service fee plus incidentals. Breakfast was poor no meats muffins and the waffle spout was broken out of sausage 2 days and they claimed to be out of towels so when the pool opened (closed the first 2 days of my stay for no reason) we were expected to use our shower towels for the pool

Cons:

We got there a couple of hours early and they wanted to charge a full nights stay to check in early, they also trued to over charge my friend for her room after she had already paid for it online.
