A wonderful stay and exceptional service!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Coral Strand Hotel. The hotel is perfectly located, with direct access to the beautiful Beau Vallon beach.

From the moment we arrived, everything went smoothly. A special thank you to Rehab, who handled our check-in. She was very welcoming, kind, and professional, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of right from the start.

We would also especially like to thank Shiham, who was absolutely amazing with us!

After a small issue with our first room, he took great care of everything and arranged a room change for us. He was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay.

His kindness, warm smile, and dedication truly made a difference to our experience.

We would also like to give a big thank you to the entire hotel team. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and especially wonderful with our little boy, Loïc. The attention and kindness they showed him really touched us and made our family holiday even more special.

A huge thank you to Rehab, Shiham, and the whole Coral Strand team for making our stay so memorable!

We will leave the Seychelles with wonderful memories! 🇸🇨❤️

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit sensationell gutem Essen während allen drei Mahlzeiten

Das Castello ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, wir hatten Vollpension gebucht, was jedoch nicht einem all inclusive entspricht. Das Essen war extrem fein und grosszügig. Das Abend Buffet war perfekt, dort wurde auch nicht gespart. Für den Mittag gab es „à la carte“ mit einem Betragsbudget. Das Trinken musste extra bezahlt werden. Es brauchte ein wenig Zeit, um zu verstehen, was kostenpflichtig ist und was bei der Vollpension dabei ist Die Anlage und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt..

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war eigentlich sehr gut, jedoch hätte das Zimmer einen Anstrich nötig gehabt und die Bohrlöcher von abmontierten Regalen oder Möbeln, hätte man auffüllen können. Nicht störend, aber ein kleines Detail. Kaffeekapseln im Zimmer sollten jeden Tag aufgefüllt werden. Es ist ein Peanuts, aber dennoch ein Entwicklungsziel für das Management.

Il faut savoir qu’il n’y a pas vraiment de plage .
Service pour le dîner assez lent quand il y a du monde
Manque d’informations au niveau de la réception. Ils ne nous ont pas dit que les visites guidées du Finds Ferdinand étaient uniquement du lundi au vendredi et nous y étions un dimanche. De même, ils ne savent pas que l’île Cousin est fermée le week end

Der Aufenthalt war fuer uns aussergewoehlich schoen

Die junior suite war sehr gross ueber 2 Etagen. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und das Personal aussergewoehnlich freundlich. Das Personal und insbesondere der Manager machen auf Nachfrage alles moeglich. Der Pool ist gross und sauber.

Cons:

Das Fruehstuecksbueffet koennte etwas abwechselungsreicher sein. Eine Erstausstung eines Amenety kit mit shower cap, etc. fehlte.

Relaxing and extremely enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Castello beach hotel is a perfect location with a beautiful ocean-view setting to relax . The restaurants, spa, and overall facilities are exceptional. The food is outstanding, and Spa a must the staff are incredibly friendly, providing excellent service all around. I would definitely recommend it.
