Great Hotel great staff !
Pros:

Great location , great improvement post refurbishment , junior suite very comfortable and great value.
Breakfast buffet exceptionally good fabulous choice friendly staff and spotlessly clean.

Grand hotel with penny pinching policies
Pros:

The location is very good and close to the train station and opposite the beach . The bed was very comfortable and the bath was delightful .

Cons:

In house policies designed to extract money out of the guest really impacted our stay. The hotel will not provide wine glasses for you to drink your own wine. They will not provide ice for you to add to drinks in your room. They suggested we buy a bag of ice. The fridge has no freezer compartment so how would this work. No supply of disposable shower caps or cotton wool despite asking for them . Throw away wooden spoon instead of reusable spoon . If you want room service you have to order it and collect it from down in the snack bar with takeaway packaging no plates or cutlery . 4star hotel you expect a luxury experience . Service was slow and unfriendly

little touches like a small bottle of water in room upon 3am arrival and no supermarkets open, allowing you to drink your own water at the pool.

Groot luxe hotel met perfecte ligging.
Pros:

De locatie is perfect. PAL aan het strand, maar ook met een eigen zwembad. Wij hadden uitzicht op zee waar we heerlijk van konden genieten vanaf ons balkon. Zowel in het hotel als in de buurt is er veel keuze qua eten en drinken. Het hotel is heel groot en biedt veel faciliteiten aan. Ook is er een dagelijks programma aan activiteiten voor als je daar zin in hebt.

Cons:

Wij vonden de kwaliteit van het eten bij de bar bij het zwembad niet geweldig. Bij het strand kan je beter eten bij het bijbehorende restaurant.

Das Zimmer war schön und das Frühstück fantastisch

Cons:

Da wir 2 Buchungen hatten mussten wir umziehen, obwohl es bekannt war und wir von einem Ausflug zurückfahren mussten war sehr ärgerlich.
