Good for families with young children, couples only should avoid
Pros:

Spacious room, good buffet and restaurants
Staff very responsive and approachable

Cons:

Would not recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxed trip without children. We knew it was family friendly but the extent of it was crazy. During summer it is essentially an expensive daycare that allows couples. Kids jumping into the tiny adult only pool, in most of the bars, buggies in corridors etc. Nice hotel but will not return if childfree

Ottimo ma non perfetto
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo resort. Dati positivi: 1.La posizione è favolosa. Il mare bellissimo e i servizi sulla spiaggia perfetti. Pulizia eccellente ovunque. Personale del beach bar e del beach restaurant superlativo. Gentilezza e disponibilità, sempre sorridenti e amorevoli con i clienti. Qui Cibo ottimo e bevande eccellenti.
2. Le stanze sono pulitissime e molto confortevoli. 3. Ristoranti a là carte: cibo eccellente e personale gentilissimo. 4. Dieci e lode al pasticciere del ristorante Pangea che a cena ci deliziava con i suoi splendidi e buonissimi dolci. divanetti e tende o pergolati in legno per sedersi o proteggersi dal sole durante le attese. Per il resto un viaggio che rifarei

Dati negativi:1. Attività serali ed intrattenimento in generale molto limitato.. quasi inesistente. 2. Il ristorante Pangea che abbiamo visitato per la colazione e la cena non è dotato di personale qualificato a differenza degli altri ristoranti del resort.. il personale di sala non è gentile e disponibile.. sembrava che facessero con fatica e noia il loro lavoro e non erano sorridenti e gentili.. inoltre il servizio è stato spesso troppo lento ( una mattina per un caffè abbiamo atteso venti minuti). Cibo al Pangea buono in generale ma non cucinato con la stessa cura e la stessa attenzione rispetto al cibo dei ristoranti a là carte… fatta eccezione per i dolci sempre superlativi. 3.Non condivido la politica che il resort adotta ove il cliente chieda la colazione in camera.. se si è nella formula mezza pensione non solo chiedono 15 euro per il servizio per portare la colazione in camera ma fanno anche pagare a parte alcune pietanze come i pancake o il cappuccino.. ho fatto due conti e stando in formula mezza pensione ( quindi avendo di fatto già pagato la colazione) ove avessi ordinato il servizio in camera e avessi chiesto un cappuccino per me, un caffè espresso e un pancake avrei dovuto pagare circa 60 euro.. per me questo è inaccettabile.. avrebbero fatto più bella figura se avessero chiesto 50 euro per la consegna in camera e avessero scritto che il cliente poteva ordinare quello che voleva.. solo alcune cose erano incluse.. altre che nel buffet della colazione erano incluse se le ordinavi in camera le pagavi.. così non va.. perché è come se si pagasse la colazione due volte. 4) le due funicolari che collegano la zona bassa con la zona alta sono funzionali e comode ma bisognerebbe allestire ogni singolo punto di attesa con panchine per sedersi

Amazing hotel with stunning views, a dreamy pool and beach, and a fantastic gym. Truly a wow experience!

Cons:

When the hotel is full, finding a spot by the pool or beach can be difficult. The food could be better, and the pool restaurant portions are surprisingly small. It’s also a shame that there are very few fitness classes, and those available cost extra.

Great family vacation
Pros:

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is amazing. It is very well maintained, with an outstanding wellness and fitness center. I only wish there were more complimentary fitness and wellness classes, as offered at some other resorts.

Cons:

We were on a family vacation and traveled with my mom. Unfortunately, the beach is not easily accessible for people like my mom, who have difficulty climbing stairs. There is a funicular, but it only goes as far as the pool area, so we ended up driving to nearby beaches that were much easier to access.

We were also disappointed with the portion sizes at the poolside restaurant and through room service. The dishes were very small, especially considering the setting and pricing.

Pros:

Everything was beautiful in excellent taste and perfect .
Excellent and helpful service always with a smile . Really very good food. Lots of options of restaurants. We jad the all inclusive which was great with kids
Young kids and adults all had a wonderful time. No complaints. If youre deliberating , dont hesitate . Perfect resort.

Cons:

Getting coffee was slow in tje mornings.

It was a wonderful week of relaxation in Greece, and we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its private bay with a beautiful beach. There is always plenty of space for everyone, even at the busiest times of the day, which makes the beach experience especially comfortable and relaxing.
The restaurants also deserve special mention. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and we particularly appreciated the children’s menus available at all the restaurants.
The kids’ club was another great benefit. We felt completely comfortable leaving our child there, knowing that she was well looked after and having a wonderful time.

A very special thank you goes to Kirill, the manager, who made our stay truly memorable. Whatever question we had, whatever we needed or wished for, he always made sure it was taken care of in the best possible way. His attention, professionalism and genuine care made a real difference to our holiday.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would be very happy to return.

Hotel luxory, bel mare e piscine. Lettini ombrelloni comodi. Buon cibo e da bere. Diving e water sports. Attivitá serali carine

Cons:

Durante il check out previsto entro le 11.00 la cameriera si é presentata alle 10.20 e ha insistito per pulire camera. Non tutti i camerieri del ristorante Pangea erano efficienti, non sparecchiavano tra una portata e l'altra
