I spend money to not enjoy everything I payed for. I payed for comfortablity and didn’t receive.
Pros:

No free breakfast they charged 17 dollars for breakfast

Cons:

No amenities no pool no jacuzzi. They charged for parking. Most of the ice machines was out of order

Clean comfy stay, but nickeled and dimed for parking in their own lot as a guest.
Pros:

Our room was very clean. The room amenities were nice. Temperature climate control was great.

Cons:

Unhappy that we were charged $10 for parking during our stay. Not necessary. Should be included.

It was clean and the staff was great.

Cons:

The food was a mediocre. Save ur money on the food and go elsewhere. My sons medium well burger was pink in the inside. The pool was FREEZING. they did have a lifeguard which was great. He told me the pool was heated....that was a lie! Also the whirlpool was broken. It didnt produce any bubbles but at least it felt like bath water compared to the pool!

An Outstanding Property
Pros:

What a phenomenal property.

I have traveled much but with this Hilton Garden Inn's look, design, and comfort level, I feel like I should have paid twice more per night than what I had booked.

Located in a quiet, business-medical area of Rockville, and within fifteen minutes of shopping and restaurants, the property is clean with exceptional lighting along with fun and modern design. (The designer should win an award for how they put so much together. Absolutely beautiful.)

The rooms are large and comfortable with plenty of room. The bathrooms are well lit with powerful showers that can fit two.

The property is quiet and relaxing, to say the least. My girlfriend and enjoyed the warmth of the hot tub, but the mechanism to fire the jets was broken.

We dined at their restaurant, which was nice and convenient after a four-hour drive. Katie took care of us and she was attentive.

Many thanks to Kalute at the front desk for his help, professionalism, and kindness. He's a great soul and a great ambassador for Hilton.

We look forward to returning!
