Negative Notes: hated the Keurig in our room. Insufficient pods, couldn't get a hold of front desk to get more delivered... no coffee service in the lobby. My only
Complaint is truly about the coffee situation. It's was extremely frustrating, but otherwise, the stay was wonderful.

We stayed at the adjacent building of the property, instead of the main lodge. Walking in, it looked like a hospital room. From the smell, to the bright white lights. Bathroom was updated

Das Annex-Building entspricht schon von außen nicht dem Foto der Beschreibung … es wirkt eher wie ein renovierungsbedürftiges Nebengebäude.
Beim betreten des (sehr kleinen) Zimmers schlug einem ein modriger, unangenehmer Geruch entgegen, der auch nach ausgiebigem lüften nicht besser wurde.
Das Zimmer, das für eine Max. Belegung von 4 Personen angeboten wird, ist viel zu klein und für höchstens zwei Personen geeignet.
Die Matratzen sind extrem unbequem und rascheln beim umdrehen so laut, dass sämtliche Anwesenden davon wach werden…

Unser Versäumnis/Fehler war, dass wir uns nicht sofort nach Betreten des Zimmers beim Personal am Empfang beschwert haben und nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt haben

Zusammengefasst: für einen längeren Urlaub zu heruntergekommen, für eine Übernachtung am Weg viel zu teuer.
Die Unterbringung erfolgt im Nebengebäude, was nicht weiter schlimm ist. Das Haus selbst scheint aus Pappkarton gebaut zu sein - man hört den Nachbarn sogar fernsehen. Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt, Zimmermädchen gibt es keines (nur gegen Bezahlung). Im Hotelgang kommt man sich vor wie in einem Psychothriller, dunkel, schmuddelig, die Wände bzw. Tapeten kaputt. Einfach heruntergewirtschaftet und nie nur einen Cent investiert

It could use one more chair in the room

Wir haben im Nebengebäude drei Nächte geschlafen, welches im Vergleich zum hübschen Hauptgebäude ziemlich alt und renovierungsbedürftig ist. Unser Zimmer an sich war in Ordnung. Die sehr hohen Preise sind im Nebengebäude aber nicht gerechtfertigt.
An der Rezeption wäre eine zweite Person hilfreich um die Check-Ins und sonstige Anfragen zügiger zu abzuarbeiten.

there was a sewage smell in the room when we got in, not sure if it got better or we just go used to the smell. The parking spots were pretty tight squeeze as well.

Reception staff have some work to do on how they welcome guests and provide information and directions.
Rules are important but more emphasis on guests needs and wants please.
We booked before you changed some arrangements not a good policy on your part to change things without rewarding guests.

The beds were below par.

In general I did not get the impression that guests come first.

Zimmer war im Nebenhaus nicht so schön und laut

It was a pet friendly room but no pet amenities. The bedding was all white! No additional blanket to put on the bed. It rained the whole time we were there so foot prints were inevitable.
We were staying 2 nights. 2 guests There was 1 coffee pod. 1 decaffeinated coffee pod and 2 tea pods. Not good.
Rules were clear 10pm to 8am quiet time. We were woken at 6am by the people above us sliding things across the floor, walking back and forth, flushing toilet NUMEROUS times.

Kein Service, ( Betten werden nicht gemacht, Kaffe nicht aufgefüllt...)

In Relation zum Preis. Mangelhaft

Property has no “resort” amenities. We were placed in a building separate from the main resort pictured in their website, so it felt like we weren’t even staying there. I understood that they were going through some construction and water issues at the time, but upkeep and presentation could’ve been better. The buildings hallways were very dark and musty smelling, and visible stack of storage containers right outside our room and elevator.
