창문앞에서 공사중이라 너무 소음이 심해서 방 2개를 예약했는데 하나만 다른 위치로 바꿔줬음

The annex building where we stayed was in very bad condition. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the hallways were lit like a dungeon, the room's lighting was not a lot better, the beds were uncomfortable and the noise from the AC on the building next door rumbled through the room. The WiFi router fitted to the ceiling sprayed sporadic light through the room all night.

Generally when paying $500 for a hotel room, the expectation is that the room will be comfortable and the building will be at least somewhat aesthetically pleasing. This room and building was none of that.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Perfect if you want to experience Halloween all year round. The photos they show are only of the main building, but then they tell you your room is in a separate building that looks like it’s straight out of a horror movie. It feels misleading and nothing like what was advertised. I would definitely not stay here again

Upon arrival, I was told at check in that we were not only not allowed to use the pool, but that the elevator also didn’t work at the anniex building and we would have to cart all of our stuff, including our children up the stairs in 30+ degree weather. Upon entering the room, we sat on the beds and not only did they squeak. The sounded like they were going to buckle under the weight of us using them. Maybe it was a misread on my part but we were under the impression these would be queen size beds. These were twin and they barely fit my husband and I; one beside the other. You can hear absolutely everything from your neighbours in this hotel. We had a room beside us that partied most of the night both nights and kept us up both nights. The parking is incredibly limited. Don’t even think about bringing a big truck. When we were here for our stay, they were emptying some sort of leak that was emptying into the parking lot which we were all supposed to be using and it had at least a 1 to 2 inch puddle. We constantly walked through while getting to our vehicles. Definitely frustrating when you had a wedding to attend and long dresses to the ground as well as children that like to run and splash; speaking of which the use of no pool by our building only after the booking was made is absolutely diabolical. Unfortunately I do not recommend staying here.

Per a nosaltres ha sigut l'allotjament més car de tota la ruta per USA i Canadà. El preu no s'ho val en absolut.
Les places de parking són molt estretes (sorprenent en aquest país).
El passadís: o feia pudor o olorava a ambientador.
L'habitació feia pudor com de tabac.
Llits dobles molt petits.
Tovalloles de dutxa massa petites.
Hab de 4 i només hi havia tovalloles per a 2. Van trigar mitja H en donar-nos les que faltaven.
400 la nit i que no facin l'habitació en 3 dies, ho trobo molt fort.
No havia entès, quan vaig fer la reserva, que no tens accés a la piscina de l'edifici principal ni pagant un suplement.
No ofereixen el servei d'esmorzar ni pagant.

I had the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
I booked this vacation months in advance, but on the morning of check-in I was only informed about construction and possible noise.
After a five-hour flight and a two-hour drive, we arrived to find the elevator broken and had to carry our heavy luggage up two floors with no help.
Our room was in a separate, older building that was not clearly shown in the listing, with dark hallways and stairs, with view of construction site.
The beds were uncomfortable and noisy, there was no daily cleaning, and staff support was very limited.
Overall, this hotel was far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.

Cama barulhenta e desconfortável. Box com vedamento ruim alagava todo o banheiro. Toalhas ásperas e apenas 01 kit de sabonete e shampoo para 03 hóspedes. Horrível. Nem café da manhã tinha!

Booked 12 months in advance. When tried to check in after 20 hours of travelling we were told there was no room. Their building had flooded 2 weeks previously and noone informed us. Had to try and sort alternative accomodation in Canmore in June at 5pm at night. Multiple people turned up whilst we were there also being told nowhere for them to stay. Terrible service

Das Hotel bzw. der Part in dem unser Zimmer war ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Fahrstuhl ging nicht, im Treppenhaus ist die Tapete von der Wand gekommen und auch das Zimmer war nicht komfortabel. Das Bett hat wahnsinnige Geräusche gemacht sobald man sich bewegt hat und generell hat man sich nicht so wohl gefühlt

Noisy due to pump. Building is dusty, the room is clean though but needs upgrading. Bathroom tiles need more grout. Shower glass door is not tight. Room is dark. Better to have light colored walls.

The location, not in the main building. Instead in a rundown building, room on second floor, with broken elevator since months and no one to help us with luggage. They told us that they had advised Booking.com of the issue. We were never notified. Place should be maintained. It costs way too much. The pictures shown on the site are not the same they assign their customers.

The annexe had been flooded constant noise from water pumps!

No help with cases upstairs on arrival which was terrible as we are elderly
Unclean shower with hair in a ball in the corner
Dirty floors in all rooms
No housekeeping done even after we told them it was dirty
Nothing done when brought to staff attention
Finally one of us moved on the last day! Paltry compensation offered!

When we get there they just told us we have no place to stay. Everything was paid. Booking relocated us but with no prewar I g it was so difficult to find a good place. Awful and disrespectful trait.

The faciliy was in a state of disrepair and should not have been opened to guests.
