Very nice place to enjoy Islamorada. Close to both fishing options and some nightlife.
Pros:

The room, located on the third floor of the main building, was spacious, well air conditioned, generally clean and had a comfortable bed, a functional bathroom kitchenette and a spacious balcony that provided an ocean view (Note: the main building is situated perpendicular to the shore, so just about everyone on the upper floors had an "ocean view"). The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and very professional. The continental breakfast was actually more than I expected, containing a number of options, including fresh baked muffins (offered once during our four day stay), cereal, yogurt, bagels, Danish and hard-boiled eggs. The hotel grounds and outdoor shaded seating areas were well maintained with ample seating and beach area provided some incredible ocean views. Overall (and despite the comments below), we enjoyed our visit, appreciated the property's location, and will definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit the Keys.

Cons:

The metal chairs in the room were uncomfortable and difficult to sit in for more than a few minutes. Chair pads would have been a big help. Also, I only found out on the second day of our trip that our rooms would not be cleaned unless we notified the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. This requirement would have been good to know when we first checked in. Note: Our party rented two rooms. A card stating this requirement for 24 hours' notice was only found in one of the rooms (i.e., the room I didn't stay in). Finally, while I was generally impressed with the continental breakfast options, you need to arrive early. Once the breakfast items are gone, they do not appear to be restocked. Additionally, I found out the hard way that the hotel allows pets; a barking dog woke me up every morning at 6:00AM (I guess there's not much a hotel can do about inconsiderate guests), and since the main property is located reasonably close to the highway, some road noise did come through the walls/windows.

Property is easy to access especially if you plan on boating. The pool is clean.
Pros:

We stayed in a villa. It was easy access to and from the pool and the boat. It’s nice they have a boat ramp accessible.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t very clean when we arrived. There was a ton of dust on the fan and blinds like it had been sitting there for a while. We asked for a cleaning the next day and they said they would come in the morning but never showed. Thankfully the following day, our friends who were staying in the villa next to us requested a cleaning for both rooms and it was better. But they never touched the fans or blinds for the whole 4 day stay.

Für die eine Nacvt die wir waren perfekt!
Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort weil wir nach Key West reisen und dies nur ein Zwischenstopp war. Für uns für eine Nacht sehr schön. Die Anlage liegt am Wasser und man kann Pool, Kayak und Paddelbord gratis ausleihen.

Cons:

Zimmer ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber sonst hat alles gepasst.

Not very pleased with my stay
Pros:

The location of the hotel was good and the pool was great.

Cons:

The room had a weird smell. Went down the sitting room outside and nothing but rats running around. We have pics of the rats in the sitting area and by the pool. Our room had small black ants everywhere. They were coming out of the crack in the corner of the counter top . To avoid having them all over the place we poured sugar drink to keep them in one area. Not great experience.Couldnt wait to check out in the morning.

A hidden paradise.
Pros:

Convenient location, management was very accommodating.

Cons:

You need to figure out another place to put all the boat trailers they take up to much parking space and those owners are territorial. The kayaks were spread out all over and were a tripping hazard. The grounds need to be cleaned up better.
