Perfect location for early getaway
Pros:

Perfect location for arrival into Brussels Midi and an early morning departure from the same station. Friendly and efficient welcome. Spacious room with twin beds as requested and great hot water in a quick filling bath. Black out blinds and sound proofed room made for excellent sleep.

Cons:

There were two hairs on the bath that had been missed near the taps but the rest of the room was immaculate and the sheets crisply laundered.

Pros:

It was clean, close to the station, the stuff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

The wi fi barely worked
And there is no soundproofing so we’ve heard every noise from the coridor and other guests behind the wall

Elevator didn’t work all the time

Propre et confortable

Cons:

1)Pas de Climatisation fonctionnelle.
Obligés de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes du fait de la chaleur au cours de la nuit.
Du coup très désagréable avec des bruits à partir de 5h du matin du fait de la fenêtre ouverte.
Et aucune solution concrète proposée en 3 jours.

2) pas assez de pression dans la chasse d'eau des WC
