Very good hotel and Great hotel and great location and very good sweet staff help,
Had a really good stay here! The staff was friendly and professional, which made check-in and interactions very pleasant. The executive room felt nicely spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The biggest plus is definitely how close it is to Midi train station, which made heading out for day trips to Bruges and Antwerp super seamless. Didn't end up eating breakfast at the hotel since we don't usually eat in the mornings, but location-wise and room-wise, I'd definitely recommend it.
On the downside, while the proximity to the station is convenient for travel, the immediate surrounding area isn't the best. There are groups of homeless people hanging around; it didn't feel particularly safe in the evenings, and we were approached by dodgy guys trying to sell things. It's also a bit far if you want to walk into the main city center. Additionally, the exterior of the hotel doesn't stand out at all—you could easily miss it if you aren't paying attention, which felt a bit disappointing and unsuited for a 4-star property.

Tesis tren istasyonuna çok yakın. Gitmeden önce etrafın tekin olmadığını okudum biraz tedirgin gittim ama. Evsizler kendi halindeydi rahatsız etme gibi bir şey olmadı hiç. Ama tren istasyonunun etrafı gerçekten çok kötü kokuyor.
Odaya girdiğimiz de oda çok havasız klima açılmamış ve sarımsak gibi baharatlı şeyler kokuyordu. Odayı havalandırınca o koku gitti ama ilk girdiğimizde o kokuyı almak kötü oldu.

The location a bit crowded and not much restaurant
Servizio ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista, la mia fidanzata si era fatta male a un piede e alle 00:30 alla reception mi hanno prontamente fornito del ghiaccio e delle bende. Camere pulitissime e posizione perfetta per visitare Brussels in quanto vicina alla stazione Midi Centre. La zona può essere leggermente mal frequentata durante le ore notturne data la ovvia vicinanza alla stazione, tornando tardi a casa con la mia fidanzata non ho mai avuto nessun tipo di problema comunque. Se dovessi passare di nuovo a Brussels sceglierò sicuramente questo Hotel.
