Soggiorno bellissimo oltre ogni previsione!
Pros:

Posto carino e in centro città .zona tranquilla e personale super ! Tutti molto disponibili ed accoglienti.un vero valore aggiunto .camere pulite e letti rifatti con grande cura .idem per i bagni .polvere inesistente seppure su arredi scuri .causa g7 ci hanno spostato il volo di ritorno ed ho ottenuto immediatamente un lare checkout di due ore senza alcun problema e con la massima disponibilità !consiglio a tutti

Pros:

Our stay was exceptionally comfortable and, in fact, beyond what we expected. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, the staff are very professional and polite. The location was also great - a few minutes walk from the train station and just next to the Geneva lake viewpoint.

Cons:

Although we enjoyed it, the breakfast options were quite limited and very basic.

A Great Place to Stay in the heart of Geneva
Pros:

The hotel is very centrally located within walking distance of the main train station and many restaurants. It is also very close to the Brunswick Monument. Staff were very helpful and attentive and assisted me with storing my luggage after I checked out as I had a late flight. I enjoyed working in the library in the lobby area. My room was very spacious and quiet and I slept very well.

Cons:

Note that a room card is required to gain access after hours (for security reasons). As my arrival flight was delayed, I had to press the bell for reception to let in as I arrived close to midnight.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Yanice and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived, making us feel at home right away. Even got a free room upgrade. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and offered great value for money for a city break. The location was excellent, with the lake, train station, and many of Geneva's key attractions all within easy walking distance. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with outstanding service, and we would happily stay again.

Great hotel, very nice and walkable to city sights
Pros:

Loved the bathroom in this hotel, great shower, nice larger size hair dryer, robes, slippers. Felt very upscale. Beds were comfortable. Our kids were given a room right next to ours. The hotel was centrally located and walkable to all city sights. Happy overall, thank you!

Cons:

View was just okay toward other apartments, but there was a nice courtyard below. Overall no major complaints

Wygodny i elegancki butikowy hotel
Pros:

Hotel należy do kategorii butikowych. Lubie w takich hotelach kameralność nawet kosztem wielkości i wygody. Ten hotel jest wyjątkowo ładnie urządzony. Szkoda tylko, że nie działał bar, czekali na pozwolenie na alkohol. Jak będę w Genewie, to ponownie go wybiorę.

Cons:

Nie działał Bar i nie mogliśmy się napić wieczorkiem, do tego sama dzielnica w której jest położony hotel nie należy do najlepszych, ale poza tym było ok.
