An experience that will not be repeated
Pros:

Only The staff Treatment, helpful and polite

Cons:

Location far from sea , food was poor , room service not existed, street cat was disturbing us inside the restaurant and every where .

Pros:

Um espaço incrível com pessoas maravilhosas. Desde o primeiro momento foram sempre muito amáveis e o hotel em si tem tudo o que é necessário. No primeiro dia chegamos tarde ao hotel e prepararam-nos um jantar "after hours", no último dia deixaram-nos guardar as mochilas e passar o dia na piscina já depois do check-out, todos os funcionários sempre com um sorriso no rosto, espaços muito limpos e cuidados, um ginásio muito completo, um restaurante bar no rooftop com vistas incríveis, muito bem localizado, uma comida deliciosa e uma excelente relação qualidade-preço.
Foi uma experiência fantástica!

Praktisch und für eine Nacht okay, aber nichts für einen längeren Urlaub.
Pros:

Günstig, das Nötigste war vorhanden, auch ein Fön. Lage nahe an der Hauptstrasse war praktisch.

Cons:

Laut in der Nacht, Buffet dürftig, keine Möglichkeit auf Allergien einzugehen, da das Personal im Service nur wenig Englisch spricht.
Zimmer war einigermassen sauber. Wasser in der Dusche war lange kalt, dann lauwarm.

Pros:

Super freundliches, zuvorkommendes und familiäres Personal. Gutes und sehr angenehmes Spa mit einem tollen Spamanager. Super Divecenter mit freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal, gutem und modernen Equipment und der Möglichkeit auch Tauchscheine zu machen.
Umfangreiche Auswahl an buchbaren Ausflügen.
Leckeres und abwechslungreiches Buffet.

Cons:

WLan ist zwar kostenlos vorhanden, aber eigentlich nur in der Lobby und dem Poolbeteich mit wirklich gutem Signal. Gerade zum Abend hin hab es immer wieder Verbindungsabbrüche oder Ausfälle.
Getränke mit begrenzt im All-Inclusive Angebot beinhaltet. Zudem bietet das Hotel keine alkoholischen Getränke an.

Everything at the Hotel was so perfect. Good Location. Strong Wifi. All the crew were amazing especially Mr. Sameh & Mr. Eslam. They did everything they can to help us in all sorts of things.

Cons:

The beverages weren't all inclusive as our booking said. They should notify this while we made the booking.

Pros:

Bonjour, l hôtel devait envoyer, contre rémunération, un chauffeur hors celui n était pas présent nous laissant otage et de leurs prix des taxis locaux. Malgré trois demandes le manager ne sait jamais manifesté. On ne peut faire pire en matière de respect. La plage privée est en réalité une toute petite bande de sable enclavée entre deux restaurants. On n y est vraiment pas bien. La douche de la première chambre était non "etanche" donc de l eau dans la salle de bain et dans l entrée. Nous avions réservé un chambre de "luxe" et on a eu le sentiment que la première chambre était "standard". Enfin la porte de k ascenseur est restée coincée deux fois au troisième donc impossible d utiliser celui-ci. Nous avons quitté l hôtel au bout de deux jours.

Cons:

Surtout le manque absolu de prise en compte du directeur envers ses clients.

The rooftop sun terrace. The games room. The food. The beach. The staff. The spa facility.

Cons:

Cat in the dining room, had to ask for it to be removed numerous times due to my allergy. Leaking shower onto floor. Reported to staff. Safe not secured within the wall therefore didn’t use it.

Die Temperatur des Wassers im Bad lies sich nicht richtig einstellen. Entweder kam lauwarmes Wasser oder kochend heisses.
Für den Strand bekommt man nur einen Voucher pro Tag.
